06/11/2025: Excellent food, super friendly service. The white wine house wine is amazing. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars on atmosphere was because of the lighting, too bright and cold, otherwise super cosy place.

11/04/2026: Rude staff. Weren’t patient. No lactose free or sorbet icecream options. They told my wife they won’t take on the “liability” of her lactose intolerance. Not even an allergy, just an intolerance. As a hotel. Unreal. Just go to one of the other places. You’ll have a better experience with less rude staff.

21/02/2026: Erdi is the best bartender in Dolomites!! Dangerous friend if you have to work the next day, but amazing! We had so much fun returning here several times during our 2 weeks stay. The bar is very friendly, welcoming and a great spot after skiing. They have some light snacks but they also allow you to order pizza in. They have a TV with sports if that's your thing!
Make sure to ask for Erdi's spritz!!!
16/10/2025: Anyone in Castelrotto has to go there. A visit, especially during the Castelrotto Spatzenfest (Spatzen Festival), is practically a must. The atmosphere is outstanding, with plenty of mountain hut flair and music from the Spatzen. Great.

17/09/2025: Staying for one night in this little town and not wanting to go far for breakfast, we stopped here because the counter looked very interesting.
I ordered a croissant, a cream-filled cake, and another almond cake.
Good quality, friendly service, and prices in line with local prices.

08/09/2025: In our opinion, this is the most beautiful and cozy hut in the Latemar, with a wonderful view of the mountains near and far. The Kaiserschmarn (sweet pancake) is highly recommended!
I wanted to visit the hut a second time and had ignored all the others. Unfortunately, the opening hours on Google don't match – it was closed on Mondays. Hence, one star less.
07/09/2025: A cozy hut with a loving host family, already in the next generation. Not as crowded as Oberholz or Mayerl Alm. We felt very comfortable and were lucky, as today is the last day for now until the ski season starts on December 4th. We'd love to come back next year!

03/09/2025: A beautiful, small, traditional alpine hut. Great starting point for a hike up the Hasenöhrl.
Very relaxing there...
15/08/2025: A very nice, quiet spot with delicious, homemade food and a great view. A short climb from the parking lot.
This was our second visit, and we highly recommend it.

08/04/2026: Cozy bakery with a cafe, very pleasant sitting outside on the terrace with a beautiful view of the city. The coffee is delicious, mixed drinks too and the youngest member of the family appreciated the delicious ice cream.

20/03/2026: The Stegeralm is a wonderful place in the heart of the Dolomites. After a lovely hike through the snowy forest, Osvaldo welcomed us to the refuge, offering us dumplings in broth, sausage, and potatoes, and a warm welcome. We'll definitely be back in the summer.

16/02/2026: A genuinely excellent stay with beautiful views and a very welcoming atmosphere. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, friendly and efficient, setting the tone from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, with a fantastic shower. Breakfast offered a great selection and was a perfect start to the day. Overall, the hotel delivers outstanding value for money when you consider the quality of the facilities and service. A place you can book with confidence.
31/12/2025: Offers daily specials for around 10 euros and great pizzas from 10 euros.

06/04/2026: We were just passing through and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was fantastic: the delicious Tirolese pizza, the Austrian draft beer, the amazing coffee, the very tasty Sachertorte, and the tiramisu. The service and the restaurant's location also impressed us. I have absolutely no complaints. We're continuing our journey, very satisfied, and will definitely be back.
05/04/2026: I made a brief stop in Klausen and found this excellent restaurant in the charming pedestrian zone. Superb cuisine and good service – highly recommended.

We had Nonna's Bowl twice. A fantastic and incredibly tasty vegetarian dish! We also enjoyed a delicious espresso and a very tasty freshly squeezed multivitamin juice (apple, orange, carrot)! A great café that serves breakfast and brunch until 2 pm. You can also sit inside. We've rarely seen such a clean restroom. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!
05/12/2025: We received a gift voucher for brunch for two. The food was all very good and carefully prepared. They brought me everything lactose-free, given my intolerance, and my brunch truly had everything. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet place. We'll definitely be back, and it's definitely a great gift voucher idea.

14/04/2026: Great restaurant with a lovely selection!
We were here on Sunday afternoon and were able to have lunch quite late without any problems. The menu has a very large selection of dishes, the food arrived reasonably quickly, and it tasted good. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was exceptionally nice!
10/04/2026: Very good pizzas and a very nice terrace, but the interior on the ground and top floors has large, echoing rooms. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.
