16/05/2026: We arrived at the bar on Friday evening. The cost of the bracelet is 15 euros, which allows you to walk between the bars in the area and enter. A drink costs 5 euros. Good music and atmosphere. No children.

20/03/2026: We discovered this hotel a few years ago thanks to a friend's recommendation, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The room was very welcoming and impeccably clean. The food was excellent: an honorable mention goes to the pork knuckle, truly delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll repeat it as soon as possible.

25/06/2026: You specifically check the website and it confirms that they're open Wednesday through Sunday. Even the sign on site confirms it. Then you arrive at the farm and it's closed – again, as has been the case so often in recent years. And all that for nothing, after a long and inconvenient trip from Eppan. We won't be visiting such an unfriendly farm again in the future.

09/07/2026: We have been vacationing in Dorf Tirol for many years and enjoy the Tiroler Kreuz not only for the stunning views and the consistently excellent food, but also for the peaceful and family-run atmosphere. No hustle and bustle, unlike many restaurants down in the village. For us, it's always a wonderful way to end an eventful day. Many thanks to the entire team. We will definitely be back for dinner next year.

15/06/2026: Strategically located at the end of the hiking trails and near the bus stop. For me, it's a snack bar. The schnitzel arrived quickly (deep fryer?). The menu advertised homemade Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) with alpine cheese. The spaetzle were completely mushy. Heated and swimming in milk soup, they turned into a floury mess fit for the toothless.

04/02/2026: Great location, convenient to so many activities in the South Tyrol. Fabulous food and service, though as I now read the reviews I realize that the reason I found their bread and pastries to be just a little less than wonderful was that it was all gluten free. (But still tasty, and the rest of the food was superb.) Loved the pool and sauna areas, but the rooftop hot tub was really only a "tepid tub" and was not really usable during our winter stay because it wasn't adequately heated. Lovely spacious and quiet room. But the bed was too firm for us and there was no way to adjust the temperature to our particular taste, so for us the room was always too hot, especially at night. They offer guided snowshoe hikes in the winter (which was the primary reason we were there), but for our entire week the only available hikes were quite strenuous, and we could only manage to do one of them. (We noted that the following week, after we would be gone, that there were easier hikes offered.) So while I do recommend this hotel and we did enjoy ourselves, I can't help but have some regrets because our stay there could have been so much more enjoyable with only a few changes.

21/02/2026: Want to experience a South Tyrolean pub with heart and the owner behind the bar? Then this is the place for you. From Italian coffee culture with latte art to a unique beer selection (IPAs) and the obligatory but excellent bacon, they have it all. We had breakfast here for two days and were simply overwhelmed by the delicious portions. Everything was served and managed by an incredibly charming owner who keeps an eye on everyone and caters to every request with exceptional grace. You wouldn't guess it from the outside, but we were so happy to have been guests here.

02/11/2025: We stayed here for a few days. Very clean, lovely hotel. The location is good. Direct access to bus and train. Breakfast was great, the food was excellent and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

10/11/2025: On the way back from hiking in the San Vigilio area, a lunch break is a must at Gasthof Jocher, a historic refuge dating back to 1735, lovingly renovated while preserving its original charm. In the wooden Stube or on the sun-drenched terrace, you can savor traditional South Tyrolean flavors such as Schnitzel with chips and berry sauce, steaming dumplings, and beef Mostbraten with Spätzle and vegetables, washed down with a local craft beer. A coffee to finish off the meal will make you realize you've eaten well and feel great.

01/11/2025: A very nice restaurant with fabulous views of the Dolomites, etc. For this reason alone, the slightly higher prices are justifiable; moreover, it should be said that the food here is excellent.

16/03/2026: A perfect start to the gravel season! My son and I spent five days at Terzer in March. We can't praise it enough and highly recommend it. What we especially liked was the atmosphere in the hotel. We felt comfortable and welcome from the very first minute. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast buffet has everything cyclists could want. The on-site restaurant/pizzeria offers excellent food at reasonable prices. The bike room is perfect: it even has a small, very well-equipped workshop. The Terzer team: extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and they manage to create a wonderful atmosphere. The tour suggestions: perfect – whether moderate or challenging, short or long, steep or flat. Thank you, Lukas Terzer! And if you hear brass band music playing in the hallways one afternoon and there's a knock on your door, it means it's time for a little aperitif in the party cellar. Really nice. We'll be back.

19/03/2026: We were back again in 2026, for the fourth time, for dinner here. It's always our go-to restaurant on arrival day. We were once again delighted. Whether you're in the mood for fish, pasta, meat, or pizza, there's something for everyone. We were very satisfied once more. Thank you, and see you in 2027! 2025: Great restaurant, always a bit busy. Definitely make a reservation! The food is absolutely top-notch. Everything is delicious and fresh.

17/03/2026: Very friendly service. Despite being very busy and without a reservation, they quickly found us a table, and we didn't have to wait long to order. Delicious burgers, both Tyrol and Reef and Beef, definitely the best I've had in this region, fragrant and well-seasoned, with a choice of sweet potato fries or classic fries. We'll definitely be back for more delicious dishes soon! 🥰
