15/09/2025: On our Alpine tour, we were also able to spend one night at the Pichelbergalm.🥾⛰️ A quick review up front: the best hut of all the ones we visited on this tour.💪🏻 The ambiance is very modern, and the rooms with shower/WC are clean. The host, super friendly and accommodating, looked after us fabulously. 5⭐️ Even when the cable car wasn't running, he agreed to pick us up at the valley station, thank you.👍🏻 The food, the service, and the food were very good.⭐️ Skiing is possible here in winter, but it's probably much more crowded.⛷️

26/06/2025: During our holiday in Alto Adige, we discovered this restaurant thanks to the advice of our campsite… and it was a truly pleasant surprise! The menu offers refined and well-prepared dishes, with a touch of innovation that never clashes with the flavours of the area. We enjoyed every course, from starters to dessert. A round of applause also for the drinks of the day: excellent and original, recommended with competence and courtesy by the dining room staff, who were always welcoming, attentive and helpful. The environment is modern, with attention to detail and very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing and slightly special dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for something different from the usual refuges, with quality and style!

29/09/2025: Great location Good food Really bad service, I've rarely experienced anything like it. We didn't get a menu and waited 20 minutes for the waitress. When we asked about it, we were brushed off. We ordered something anyway. The food arrived, but we weren't given any cutlery and there were no place settings at our tables. We were simply ignored. The food was very tasty, but the prices were above average.

23/09/2025: A very beautiful and modern restaurant with wonderful views of the mountains and valley. The staff was very friendly, even on the phone when we made our reservation. Upon arrival, we were able to choose a free table. The dining room feels peaceful with soft music in the background. The service is attentive to even the smallest details. We wanted to share the appetizers – Julia remembered this and immediately brought us two sets of cutlery. We had the beetroot carpaccio, bacon dumpling soup, fusilli, and a halibut. —> All the dishes were excellently cooked, fresh, modern, with very good ingredients, and exceptionally well-seasoned. —> Absolutely excellent value for money. —> You can feel the passion of this family-run business.

29/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all deserved. The food is all very good. The pork shank is superb 😋: you'd want to eat the bone too 😄 Of course, their beer 🍺 is superb 🔝 The service is attentive and the staff is kind and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and typical of a beer hall. The prices are in line with the quality of the food.

26/11/2025: In fact, in this city, you're doomed to this kind of restaurant. It's hard to find a good restaurant open after 8:00 PM. So, during our seven-day vacation, we spent six dinners here. The food was good, the service was excellent, so I highly recommend it. The photos show a weekly review :) Reservations are a must!

19/08/2025: Embarrassing: on the waiter's recommendation, I order the dish of the day, risotto with fresh porcini and chanterelle mushrooms. I'm served a runny rice soup with chanterelle mushrooms, and to top it all off, my plate contains porcini mushrooms, while my companion's plate contains only a single piece of porcini. It's probably my fault for trusting the waiter's advice! But heck, using appropriate rice for risotto doesn't seem complicated! I decide to eat it anyway and not argue. However, when they asked me how my lunch went, I couldn't help but express my disappointment. They apologized, claiming there were problems in the kitchen, not admitting that the real problem was the use of inappropriate rice, soup rice. They probably think risotto is like that... a big pot for everyone! The icing on the cake... to apologize for my dissatisfaction, they discounted my water. At that point, I was speechless. I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but this is bordering on the grotesque. A few clarifications regarding the response I received from the owner: I don't accept being called unfair by claiming that the comments in the review weren't brought forward that evening. Talk to your waitress, the one who came to pick up the dishes. She kindly asked me if I liked the dish, and I just as kindly explained to her in detail what wasn't right. The waitress probably didn't tell her what I had reported, merely saying that I hadn't liked it.

19/10/2025: We were there for five days in mid-October. The reception was very warm and offered help with every question. The staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms, pool, sauna, and actually the entire hotel were very clean. The food was simply excellent. The location was great, with a bus stop right nearby, as were shops. We will definitely go back.

27/09/2025: Schenna is beautifully located and very centrally located—ideal for exploring the surrounding area. In the evenings, an atmospheric program with a brass band often provides a genuine South Tyrolean atmosphere and pleasant entertainment.

04/11/2025: Amazing burgers and fries from Brenner, and a really nice and friendly server! Unfortunately, I can't post pictures. We devoured them right away without taking any photos. 😂

12/10/2025: Went for lunch, short wait time from order to when food is ready, had a great salad! Also ordered spring roll and mozzarella sticks and they were just okay. Fries are delicious though!

07/09/2025: We arrived after a long hike from Passo Nigra. The scenery is breathtaking. There are also games for children and the food is excellent. The only downside is the wait. There were three of us: two adults and a little girl. Our dishes arrived, and we had time to finish ours before the three-year-old's dish arrived. Otherwise, it was a spectacle.

04/09/2025: A must-see at this mountain hut because the food is excellent. The desserts are also delicious. All this with a view of the splendid peaks. You can also buy their homemade cheese.
