We’re in Bolzano for the first time and chose this place randomly and it turned out to be an amazing choice! 😍 Everything was incredibly delicious. I ordered the knödeltris auf speckkrautsalat and absolutely loved it, I really enjoy discovering new flavors, and this dish was a highlight. It was also great to hear from the waiter that they use local products, it makes the experience even more special. The presentation was beautiful as well, very appetizing and served in lovely tableware. Highly recommend ❤️

An elegant experience at Tivoli Café in the heart of Bolzano 🤍 The tiramisu was absolutely exceptional—light, perfectly balanced, and authentically crafted, reflecting high-quality ingredients and true Italian finesse. The espresso was spot on, rich and full-bodied without any bitterness. As for the cappuccino, it was smooth and creamy, with a perfectly textured foam that shows real attention to detail. What truly elevated the visit was the outstanding service by Sabi. Warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming—he made the whole experience even more memorable. A place that is definitely worth visiting, and one I would happily return to.

Excellent service and the carbonara was delicious. Eating here was a great choice. We were grateful they closed later than the other restaurants we found in the area.
