Fantastic center, the best value I've had in South Tyrol in 13 years! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If you don't have a bathrobe and towels, they're available on site, clean and sterilized in their own packaging, at a low price (€8 for a bathrobe and €4 for a towel). Slippers are only available for €5. If you're here for the first time, the staff will welcome you and show you how to access the changing rooms, pool, and sauna. The sauna area is spotless, with six different types of saunas (the hay one is fantastic) and a relaxation area with free tea, loungers, and a bar service including draft beer. There's a large outdoor jacuzzi that seats 10 and offers mountain views. We'll definitely be back!

Overall, the thermal pools are nice, and the opportunity to relax after physical exertion (skiing and hiking) is fantastic. However, I'm taking one star off for the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms. The floor was full of hair. Of the three hairdryers, only one works! I didn't use the sauna, so I can't comment on that.

The swimming pool was fine, the family ticket was perfectly okay, but the kiosk could be discussed in terms of quantity/price.

As always, a great weekend getaway. The water temperature in the massage pool is 34 degrees Celsius. It's October, so there aren't many people, and the outdoor pool isn't open, but everything's fine without it. There's no room to lie on the grass, either. The lanes are usually one person at a time, and sometimes completely empty.
