This pastry shop and bar in the center of Lanza was found while looking for a place to grab a snack, and we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, and the cakes are delicious, at a price we city dwellers can only dream of. Highly recommended.

For me, the first address in Laas if you want to eat a good cake (called "Torte" in Vinschgau) and drink a coffee. Laas is beautiful; Café Greta is even nicer.

A small, well-kept pastry shop in the center of Lasa, with a wonderful selection of cakes. Prices are reasonable for the quality, which is truly top-notch. The staff is friendly and fast. Highly recommended.

12/05/2026: On our cycling tours in the area, we've often stopped here and enjoyed the simple yet charming and cozy atmosphere in the garden of the Gasthof Egat. You sit close to fruit trees and various poultry, enjoying a traditional South Tyrolean snack and perhaps a glass or two of wine. On occasion, a local guest has even played guitar and entertained the garden's visitors.
