I've been coming to Merano for work for eight years
once a month, and Trattoria Da Dante is a must. I'm Venetian, I know a thing or two about fish, and I love eating it, and the food here is truly excellent. The only drawback is that it's often difficult to get a table because it's always crowded. It's best to book. The location? Very basic, but that's not his fault. However, if you prefer the location, don't come; if you prefer good food, come quickly.

We visit this restaurant often and can honestly say it's one of our favorites, a definite recommendation.
The service is very kind, attentive, and friendly. The decor is a bit rustic, even a little old-fashioned, but that's precisely what makes it special.
The food is always very good: I especially recommend the mussels and the fillet steak! For dessert, the tiramisu is always a real treat.
Reservations are highly recommended, as the restaurant is always very busy!

A somewhat secluded spot, but with ample parking. Don't let the exterior fool you, as the food is delicious and generous. After the fresh fish specialties, you absolutely must try the tiramisu – it's divine. A place I always enjoy going to and taking people to – definitely worth keeping in mind. See you again soon!

The food is simply fantastic, and that's what matters. The restaurant itself is pretty much unique. You rarely see something so simple. It's actually a bit of a dump, but I'll definitely go back. Like I said: the food was excellent.

Dante is a guarantee! Every year when we go from Turin to visit my sister in Bolzano, it's a must! If you want to eat great seafood, this is the place! Besides seafood, there are also meat dishes or first courses from our Italian cuisine! If you're looking for quality at a fair price, this is the place for you! If you're a snob with refined palates looking for a chic place, find something else! Quality reigns here, it's like being with family! We've known this restaurant for quite a few years because a friend brought us there. We hadn't been here for a while, but we found the same welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. The Roman cuisine is excellent, the dishes are plentiful, and the prices are fair.

The food was superb, and the service was warm and welcoming. A fantastic experience! Highly recommended! It's a bit tricky to find, as it's located in the grandstand at the racetrack. But it's more than worth the effort! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The place is a bit small, but it's very pleasant in the summer, when you can sit outside: it feels like you're in the open countryside, not just steps from the center of Merano. Peace and quiet, but above all, excellent home-cooked food, with portions worthy of the name. Fish or meat, it doesn't matter: everything is delicious.

If you're looking for a place to eat excellent seafood, you're in luck! The waiters are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is a bit dated, trattoria-style, in an old-fashioned setting. But it all becomes marginal from the first bite!
