Penserhof In Sarentino

We stayed at Penserhof Alpenhotel from December 24th to 27th. We spent Christmas in this enchanting place, with comfort and lots of good food. The staff (family) were polite and helpful. Wonderful people run this place. I'm a cook and I can tell you that the cuisine here is simple and authentic, with the raw materials that make the difference, not to mention the breakfast with their products. I noticed a respect for everything in this wonderful jewel, especially the very important issue of waste. Surrounded by nature and warmth, we had a wonderful holiday, just like at home. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

Beautiful weekend...great for getting away from work and relaxing

Passing through on our way to Innsbruck, this little roadside restaurant was one of the few open for lunch during the low season (early October). We were superbly received almost at the end of service, the meal was delicious, the interior and exterior setting magnificent, a real change of scenery! As we were leaving we chatted with the staff who were super friendly and gave us some advice for the rest of our trip! A very good time that makes us want to come back!
