Restaurant Hotel Goldene Rose In Silandro

We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and restaurant and would love to return! We spontaneously booked a Junior Suite for three nights with two adults and two children – and immediately felt at home. The hotel team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel warmly welcomed at all times. Everything was handled smoothly, they offered helpful tips for our stay, and all the staff were exceptionally child-friendly. The breakfast we booked was excellent and varied. There were many fresh, high-quality products – and again, the service was very friendly and attentive. We also dined in the restaurant twice – and we can only praise the cuisine. It was delicious and offered excellent value for money.

This was our third time at the Genusshotel Goldene Rose, and certainly not our last. Everything was perfect: the room, the food, and the staff.

I travel a lot for work, and this is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk is always friendly, super helpful, and even offers apples! I don't usually write hotel reviews, but the Goldene Rose absolutely deserves it. The breakfast is fantastic, there's literally everything (the coffee maker uses whole beans and grinds freshly). Dinner is also worthy of mention, even if it's a bit pricey. The rooms are also very beautiful and spacious. 100% recommended.

Nice comfortable Hotel in a centrally located position with a secure lockup for our bicycles. Alex was pleasant and helpful in recovering our bikes from the lockup as we had an early start.

Today I'm giving a full five stars for the culinary masterpiece. I had a Wiener Schnitzel, excellent. But the real showstopper was the Kaiserschmarrn... the best I've ever eaten. That was on another level. Thank you so much!

Schlanders is a picturesque village in the Val Venosta; we started with a walk and then, on the recommendation of our landlady, went to the Goldene Rose restaurant for lunch. Even as hikers with dogs (in our case, two dogs), we received a very warm welcome and were shown to a quiet table in one of the large dining rooms. For simplicity's sake, we opted for the daily special, and we didn't regret our choice: we've never eaten such good spare ribs. Although already quite full from the generous main course, I couldn't resist the panna cotta for dessert. We will definitely go there again!

A lovely, family-run hotel in the old town of Schlanders. Friendly staff throughout. Charmingly decorated. Large, quiet rooms. Generous breakfast buffet with regional products. Parking available. We felt very comfortable.
