07/09/2025: The restaurant is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and offers a truly picturesque view of the lake. The menu features both land and sea dishes, and a few lake dishes (honestly, I expected a few more). The lake appetizer was good, but lacking in flavor; the grilled trout was excellent, delicate and flavorful, although I expected the whole trout and not just half (though the quantity was sufficient; let's just say the menu deceived me). The ravioli stuffed with pike and pesto alla trapanese was disappointing (for my taste): the ravioli itself was good, but completely overpowered by the overpowering flavor of the pesto. The dessert was good. The wine list was very interesting; I would have liked more information on the wines by the glass; since I was alone, I couldn't afford to buy a bottle. The service was poor, perhaps due to the restaurant being full; the long wait between courses and a bit of confusion with the dishes. Definitely the thing that most detracted from the meal.

31/10/2025: We had a fantastic evening here. The staff was super friendly. It's pricey BUT it's worth it. Perfect place for a romantic dinner. Wine, food, desert. Just great. We didn't take a lot of pictures because we were focused on each other and the atmosphere.

An appetizer of three bruschettas costs €10, and three grilled lamb chops cost €20, too. The service is like a farmhouse, but the prices aren't. Overall, I can give it a passing grade, no more.

We had the cacio e pepe, served right in front of us in a cheese and truffle wheel. The price is reasonable, not excessive.

As soon as you walk in the door, you feel welcomed, like you're at a friend's house, and you immediately sense the passion of the people who run the place. The selection of craft beers is truly extensive: not the usual foreign labels you find everywhere, but a selection that showcases the best of Italy. Each glass is a journey through aromas, flavors, and scents that speak of the region and creativity. Each one better than the last, so much so that we left feeling tipsy and happy, with that feeling of lightness and joy that only a great experience can provide. What's most striking is their skill in combining flavors and aromas: it's not just about drinking, but about perceiving with your nose and palate all the richness that Italian craft beer can offer. All this, framed by the magic of Spello, an Umbrian village seemingly straight out of a painting, makes for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, flavor, and conviviality.

06/09/2025: If you're in Gubbio, you absolutely must go. Dinner is served in the Piazza San Martino, and that alone is worth it. Everything is delicious, and the cuisine ranges from tongue and snails to tortellini in parmesan and truffle cream, to beef tartare and carpaccio. I'll definitely be back! Book ahead!

I recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life and relax among the vineyards and a dip in the pool. I highly recommend it.

27/08/2025: I had pizza here, and I have to say it was delicious, very thin, and the appetizers were also good. I recommend the fried mozzarella and Ascoli olives. For the rest, the staff was very kind, a special shout out to Simona. 4 of us ate, we had 4 appetizers, 4 pizzas, and a beer. Let's say the cost was about 20 euros per person.
