A small restaurant where the attention to detail and the dishes immerse us in a refined and simple experience. Raw fish, carefully selected meats, and delicious, carefully crafted and presented pairings are always fresh. The service is always precise and punctual. The wines are carefully selected, from Champagne to Italian sparkling wines, from whites to reds, and not just regional ones.

This place is fantastic for those who want refined flavours, we had the raw fish and it tasted like the sea, everything was fresh and had an excellent flavour, then we moved on to the lobster mezze maniche and here the chef made the difference, to say good excellent is an understatement

06/06/2026: We stayed only one night at this hotel as we were passing through. The property is not new but is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The parking and covered garage located directly below the hotel are very convenient, easily accessible from reception or your room. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and offer good value. The breakfast is excellent, with sweet (excellent fresh homemade cakes) and savory options, as well as espresso coffee. A convenient hotel, ideal for those visiting the city of Todi.
02/06/2026: Excellent hotel, extraordinary welcome from the owners, very spacious and super clean rooms, including the linens, excellent restaurant excellent cuisine.
