21/07/2025: We were looking for a small restaurant a little outside of town and found it: Le Delizie del Borgo, located in Silvestri Park near the two city gates and the city walls, offers regional delicacies. We had delicious gnocchi al ragu, pasta al coniglio e con olive, tagliata di manzo, and a very good vino bianco from Montefalco! To finish, we had a dolce with apricot soufflé and wild berry sauce and two coffees! The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and the place quiet! The value for money was very good!

28/06/2025: Kind and friendly owner. Pet friendly restaurant. Romantic atmosphere. Pleasant evening, but don't think of eating typical Umbrian things, it has a contaminated menu, but tasty!

30/08/2025: The atmosphere is unique, it seems to be furnished in a very shabby way, but then you slowly appreciate the place, with its excellent background music and top-notch food, which transports you to a dimension of times gone by... let's say the carefree nature of simple reality. Worth a visit.

25/08/2025: A delicious dinner with friends, we thank the chef who offered us excellent beans with pork rinds, followed by a splendid platter of cured meats and pecorino cheese and the magnificent fregnacce alla norcina, delicious and super abundant. Excellent wines by the glass and quick and very friendly service offered by the truly kind and friendly staff. So highly recommended!!!

24/08/2025: I didn't like it at all. The truffle crostini didn't even taste like truffle and it cost 14 euros. The white ragù pasta was dry, I expected it to be at least a little creamy 😔 My husband had radicchio ravioli but inside, in my opinion, it was more ricotta than radicchio and he doesn't like it, it should have been specified that it also had ricotta. People sitting outside right there in front smoking cigarettes made the atmosphere unpleasant as did the radio with the commercials on high 🙄🙄 I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it. However, it had the best score of the places in the center 🤷‍♀️

29/08/2025: Insane views of the Umbrian countryside, fresh local ingredients culminating in incredible flavours. Couldn’t have been more accommodating to our family. Only restaurant we said we had to revisit. Highly recommend! Great gluten free options too.

13/07/2025: sehr gutes Essen, raffinierte Auswahl und mit liebe gekocht sei es Fisch oder Fleisch man hat gute Auswahl auch die Pizza 's sind beliebt wenn ich sehe wieviele auch Pizza zum mitnehmen holen kommen. Man kann draussen wie auch im Saal drinnen essen , empfehlenswert ist immer zu Reservieren ansonsten kann mann Pech haben das man kein Platz findet.

21/08/2025: We chose it for the excellent reviews and it was a very good choice!! A quaint place and an atmosphere that makes you say wow, how beautiful!! Excellent quality food, with a fabulous tartare and carpaccio for starters. For main courses, gnocchi with truffle and gnocchi with goose ragù!! Very good!! The staff were very kind and always available and the place was spotless. We had a great time!!

21/08/2025: On our way to Lake Trasimeno, we stopped in Spello and chose this restaurant for lunch. A truly sublime experience with excellent dishes! A beautiful restaurant right in the center, and an owner who makes you feel right at home. If you're in Spello or nearby, this is the place to eat!

20/08/2025: We just visited this place and I have to say we were very satisfied: my husband had a Cope beer, very fruity, and even I, who am not a beer fan at all, found it pleasant and delicious! Then we had onion rings, burgers, and ribs, everything was delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection! The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, we felt truly at ease! Small, minimalist, and well-kept location with a beautiful brick ceiling! I highly recommend it!

14/08/2025: We went to this delightful, small but very charming restaurant on August 14th. I felt like I was at home. Mrs. Giusy, who cooks the meat, is a truly exquisite person. Her assistant in the dining room is also lovely and kind. The food was excellent. Exceptional local products. The meat was perfectly cooked. Excellent prices considering the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended.

08/08/2025: I've been touring all the restaurants and taverns in Montefalco for years, and each time I can't help but agree that this is hands down the best place to eat. Dishes with sophisticated and tasty combinations, an intimate and "intellectual" atmosphere with books scattered on the tables to browse between courses, and warm and friendly service... A truly unique experience.

17/07/2025: This is by far the most amazing food that we tried in Italy. Every course was amazing, from the soup. to the pasta, to the rabbit, to the amazing truffle dessert.

28/08/2025: Stopped in for lunch. The meat was excellent, as was the courtesy and service. The owner's knowledge of meats was commendable, and the wine selection was also good. Highly recommended.

29/07/2025: Giving one star is too much. The welcome was snobbish. THAT blonde at the cash register told THE ONE serving the tables, "Sit these two down." Who do you think you are??? Arrogant and rude. We left without even ordering anything.

27/07/2025: The food was mostly good, but I wouldn't recommend coming with Smartbox: different treatment, tiny portions, and a surcharge on truffle dishes. The owner's explanation was, "Since the restaurant's revenue from Smartbox is low, the portions are small." It's unfair that the customer is the one who loses out.
