03/05/2025: Modern place a little hidden a stone's throw from the city walls. Kitchen and dining room managed by young and professional guys. From the dishes - very tasty and abundant - you can perceive the knowledge and respect for the culinary tradition of the area together with the desire for (successful) experimentation. We will be back soon. Meanwhile, very good.

28/04/2025: Il ristorante si trova in un luogo incantato. Si deve salire molto attraversando una strada isolata, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Si arriva in un paese medievale splendido e il locale è proprio in cima al paese con una vista spettacolare su tutta la vallata. Cibo tipico cucinato benissimo. Carta dei vini ottima e a prezzi molto più che onesti. Tornassi in Umbria sarebbe il primo locale in cui andrei

09/05/2025: We only had a small lunch, but the ham and salami platter with Umbrian specialties and the Cabrese were delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, the bread was great, as was the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. What the neighboring tables had ordered also looked really tasty, we can recommend this friendly restaurant!

06/05/2025: Great Osteria with very tasty traditional Italian meals. Several We tasted Parmegiana, bruschetta with truffles and scramble eggs. Excellent with fresh products. We then ate different pastas a l’amatriciana, with Truffle sauce, carbonara. All very good. My best carbonara from our Italian trip till now. And different desserts like tiramisu, chocolate fondant, semi fredo. Tiramisu was tasty but a bit light for me compared to other ones i tasted in past days. Semifredo was perfect. Service was very friendly. All in all i would say that such eating experience is one of the reason we are happy to be in Italy.

29/05/2025: Abbiamo trovato questo posto a due passi dal centro storico ma in una corte caratteristica e un po’ nascosta . Posto molto curato nei dettagli e l’accoglienza è stata sin da subito molto piacevole . Il signore che ci ha serviti è stato gentilissimo e molto professionale , qualità che sono indispensabili per passare un pranzo sereno in compagnia della propria famiglia . Le bambine hanno mangiato un primo con ragout umbro con una spolverata di parmigiano grattugiata al momento come anche il tartufo . Posto piacevole , lo consigliamo !
