06/01/2026: We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and our anniversary on January 2nd at Ristorante Vespasia. It was an incredible experience, one we'll definitely repeat. We left feeling full, excited, and entertained. The atmosphere is one of our favorites. We're regular guests at Palazzo Seneca. The atmosphere is peaceful, intimate, and familiar. The people who work there are exceptional, from the waiters to the head waiter, the pastry chef, and even the Michelin-starred chef Fabio Cappiello, whom we met during dinner. It was a wonderful human experience. Besides being a magician in the kitchen, he turned out to be a wonderful person to get to know. We met everyone the next day at breakfast at Palazzo Seneca, and we ended our stay on a high note. We recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind, rest, recharge, and feel pampered.

A feast of flavors where the simplicity and quality of the ingredients will leave you long-memorable. This will be a must-visit for me when I pass through Todi.

22/02/2026: We visited this restaurant on Sunday for lunch and opted for the set menu offered for the day. Everything was excellent! Appetizer with Norcia cured meats and cheeses, DELICIOUS Norcia-style pasta, meat-based main courses, and dessert, plus coffee/drinks.
The owner and the family who run the restaurant are truly welcoming. We'll be back soon to relive this family experience ☺️

Well-prepared dishes and quality products.
My 9-year-old daughter greatly appreciated the alternative option of making her own tiramisu at the table... A great way to entertain the little ones at the table (instead of coffee, we were given other options).
02/01/2026: A very well-maintained venue, with friendly and helpful staff, high-quality ingredients, and above-average prices. The management and staff deserve it, though. We've been 7 or 8 times already, and everything has always been great, whether we're traveling as a couple or with friends. Highly recommended.

20/03/2026: Absolutely delicious. My husband and I stopped by for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious. My husband had the liver pate as his appetizer which he loved. I had the vegetable tartare which tasted wonderful. For our main courses we had the bolognese and a clam pasta. We highly recommend this restaurant.

03/03/2026: When there's no free table inside, you can sit outside, sheltered by a veranda, and you'll be treated with all the attention.
A restaurant with a good menu, combining pleasant flavors and traditional local flavors, and a good red wine that warms your stomach and helps you absorb the dishes served.
The service is polite, courteous, and efficient, the bill is fair. Well done, we'll definitely return to try the witch's soup.
22/02/2026: Yesterday we had lunch at this trattoria; we couldn't have made a better choice! For starters, a lovely platter of game cured meats, each one better than the last. The bruschetta with pecorino cheese, honey, and coffee was a wonderful surprise! The first courses were truly magical: the wild boar ragù was truly fantastic, and the maltagliati with porcini mushrooms and sausage was a real treat! For the main course, a pork stew with wine that melted in your mouth. Kudos to all the staff, and a special thank you from our dog, too.

19/01/2026: Very nice location. I've been there often and have always been very satisfied. The risotto and meat are excellent. I personally enjoyed the burrata with Cantabrian anchovies as an appetizer. Excellent.
