I come to eat at the taverna dello spagna very often.
Beyond the fact that it is the only restaurant with a rich and engaging vegetarian and vegan choice, the food is always quality and km0, the wine list modest but impactful, attentive and thoughtful staff.
The warm and familiar environment has always made me feel at home.
More than recommended! If I could give six stars I would! Thank you for always making me spend beautiful and tasty moments😊

A wonderful experience at Taverna dello Spagna
We had lunch at Taverna dello Spagna today! The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The service was impeccable: kindness, courtesy and sincere smiles from all the staff, truly fantastic guys!
The food lived up to expectations: delicious and prepared with care. In particular, the stuffed zucchini with rice and vegetarian ragù was simply exceptional — a dish full of flavor and perfectly balanced.
Thank you so much for the hospitality: we will definitely be back with great pleasure!

Martina, Giancarlo and Alessio and all their staff welcome you in this typical, but above all I would say AUTHENTIC, place in one of the most iconic streets of Spoleto with their friendliness, experience and knowledge. The choice of pizzas is guaranteed by the experience of Giancarlo the pizza chef who has taught the art to generations of pizza makers, while the rest of the menu ranges from local tradition to revisitation, with a priority part reserved for veggie and vegan choices like no other in Spoleto! Nice restaurant in the historic center of Spoleto.
To start, I took the vegetarian appetizer consisting of cabbage and mala salad, a meatball, a flan, hummus, a parcel and a bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil. All good and very tasty.
Then I tried the strangozzi alla spoletina, which didn't convince me... the pasta itself was very well made but I didn't find the sauce very good. I was expecting something more in terms of flavor.
The service was so-so... very kind waiters but too much confusion in describing the ingredients and allergens on the menu.

Disfrutamos de una cena barata, casual en la taberna con un plato antipasto Spoleto surtido, estilo Strongozzi Spoleto para mí y filete de cerdo para mi marido con un lado de verduras. Con 1/2 litro de vino de la casa, agua, y un excelente sorbete de limón congelado que compartimos, el total fue de solo 57€.

La comida es fantástica gente muy amable, especialmente la gente que nos sirve era muy dulce. Anna y Christian eran muy amables y dulces. Yo sugeriría a todos probar la comida aquí es realmente muy bueno
