03/03/2026: Special!!!! The focaccias are fabulous, generously filled with exquisite ingredients. The staff is willing to change the combinations of ingredients. Everything is perfect.

26/09/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for dinner last night. We opted for carbonara and pizza, and both were delicious. The service was very friendly and even made us cocktails that weren't on the menu. We highly recommend this restaurant!
P.S.: The carbonara here is thankfully made the way it's traditional in Italy. No cream, no peas, no obscure meat fillings like in Germany.
We also noticed that the restaurant isn't directly on the lake, even before we entered. Why other reviews have given it a downgrade for this reason is neither understandable nor comprehensible.

21/02/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant and pizzeria after hiking the Trek loop in the area.
A casual, well-kept place, with decor that's neither too classic nor too modern, and quite spacious.
In the summer, the restaurant also sets up tables outside, where you can enjoy the clean, pleasant air, certainly less muggy since it's 600 meters above sea level.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
A nice, extensive menu with meat dishes, and pizza in the evening.
Local flavors, good portions, and reasonable prices.
The service is excellent, you don't have to wait long; they're well-organized.
Well done.
21/12/2025: We had a wonderful time last night. It was a fantastic evening, full of fun, but above all, great food. Everything was delicious, top-notch, made with fresh, delicious ingredients. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, thanks also to the kindness of Mrs. Monica, who looked after us throughout the dinner. We'll definitely return and recommend it.

Excellent food, from appetizers to first courses, excellent meat dishes, and a wide selection of wines, including the house wine.
Excellent service, right down to the desserts. Highly recommended.
Perugia deserves another visit just to return to this restaurant.
So we'll see you again in March.
Excellent value for money. Okay, I'm not allowed to leave a new review, but after three months I returned and they confirmed the quality and professionalism throughout. 👍👍👍
27/02/2026: I had dinner with my wife this evening at Cantinone, and I must honestly say that the staff is extremely professional and kind.
The dishes are of high quality and in adequate quantities.
The price is very fair for what we ate.
(In Liguria, we're used to higher prices, and clearly much higher.)
The only thing I sincerely recommend improving is the wine by the glass. An excellent restaurant like Cantinone should offer its customers the option of a good glass of wine.
This evening, the only wine available by the glass was the house wine.
Congratulations, anyway.

08/03/2026: We ate in this very nice place after the birth of my nephew, near the hospital of Foligno so as not to go too far. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, even the bathroom was clean, despite there being quite a few people. The service was quite fast considering that the dishes are express, especially the first courses, we had appetizers and 3 first courses, the paella for two people, I found it very good, the boys and girls who serve at the tables are very nice and the price is fair.

Sitting at the bar is an experience: watching the cocktails being prepared in front of you is a spectacle, and the result is truly excellent.

19/02/2026: After a long search, we decided to celebrate a special evening at this restaurant in the center of Foligno. The Dude tasting menu was excellent, all the courses were delicious, the ingredients and pairings were excellent (the salmon and truffle maki!!!), and the service was also prompt.
Overall, a great experience that we will definitely repeat.
