Homemade first courses, well-prepared and never heavy. The staff is very friendly. Upon arrival, they offer a small aperitif with a sample of soup and a glass of prosecco. Kudos also to the owner for his kindness. A great place to return to.

Superlative... the restaurant where I return with great pleasure and which I recommend to everyone.

Beautiful decor and atmosphere, with friendly and welcoming staff. The food is fresh and pasta made by hand in house. Everything has a homey authentic feel with great flavors. None of that fusion nonsense, only traditional and simple. Great wine list that are moderately priced, and a fun desert cart!

Good food, good wine, but service very poor. Zero eye contact throughout and what felt like mildly aggressive service. Plates chucked at us when we felt like we’d been friendly and attempted to communicate in Italian.

I was very much looking forward to the dinner I had booked here. Unfortunately we encountered a very unfriendly manager when we walked in which didn’t set the tone right. The waiters seemed to be lovely and felt like they were trying to be sweet but you could feel there was an air of tension. The waiters are trained pretty well but when the same manager came to take our orders she was very abrupt and cold, she immediately disapproved and verged onto being rude when I ask how many crostini there were in the starter as if to imply not to share it. We still did our best to enjoy our evening but the service definitely spoilt it quite a bit. The appetisers were ok but nothing a normal restaurant couldn’t do. We appreciated the complimentary Prosecco, bread and little bean starter. The pasta was pretty good.

I can't give more, otherwise I'd give 10 across the board, from the service and atmosphere to the food and the owner's professionalism. Thank you, sir, we will be back.

An absolute gem in Perugia! The setting is stunning, with beautiful vaulted brick ceilings that create a warm, intimate, and truly authentic atmosphere. The food celebrates traditional Umbrian cuisine at its best. We had a delicious lentil soup, full of flavor and perfectly comforting. The tagliatelle al ragù was rich and beautifully cooked, and the lamb stew was tender, and absolutely hearty Everything felt genuine, from the ambiance to the dishes, this is the kind of place where you experience real local flavors in a refined yet cozy setting. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Perugia!

The atmosphere was warm and pleasant.

Top of the top. Highly recommended. Must come back. Absolutely worth the price. Trufle ravioli was the best in my life. So were deserts. It would be nice to see someone there from the service smiling, but the food and the whole experience was beyond humanity.
