It doesn't disappoint. Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms with wooden furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, even with their wine selection. The restaurant serves delicious and delicious dishes, and there's also a cheese and vegetable buffet. The spa is also very nice, with a pool, massage options, and a lovely area with a sauna, hydromassage, and Turkish bath. The shuttle service to the ski slopes is also convenient. Recommended.

Hospitality, comfort and kindness in a paradise on earth

A truly positive experience in this delightful and meticulously maintained hotel. I stayed three nights and had a wonderful time: impeccably clean, the room wasn't overly large but meticulously cared for, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were crisp! The entire hotel is furnished in a typical mountain style, rustic yet classy. Welcoming and familiar, it makes you feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent, perhaps just lacking a little more variety; compliments to the chef, the dinners were exquisite, with excellent, high-quality dishes presented in a very elegant way. Heated ski/boot storage, free ski shuttle service always available. Unfortunately, I didn't try the spa due to lack of time, but I imagine it would be excellent, like everything else. The location is also excellent, a pleasant 10-minute walk from the center of Campiglio. Overall, highly recommended. All areas were pleasant and comfortable, the Staff were attentive to all your needs Overall a lovely Hotel and I am sure we will return

I can only give them 5 stars for the exceptional service and treatment. I spent 5 days there with my dear wife and the facility was perfect, the food was delicious, the front desk and management went out of their way to help us with everything. Especially the ladies on the reception. Will be coming back for sure.

Another fantastic stay in a hotel Gianna .The management and staff are very helpful providing brilliant service ,excellent food and a fantastic leisure center . Looking forward to returning next year.
