Even though it was Saturday, we found a table by booking a few hours in advance. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a lovely outdoor space. The staff was extremely helpful. Not to mention the torta al testo. One of the best meals we've ever had! We were a bit curious to try the PULLED WILD PORK with wild boar shredded meat, blueberry compote, and roasted potato cream (divine!), and the BUFALA AND TRUFFLE SAUSAGE (spectacular!).
They have a truly beautiful and extensive menu.
We were also tempted by the desserts (crème brulee and tiramisu), which were delicious.
The only downside, perhaps due to it being a Saturday night, was the long wait.
A fresh and youthful place, a gem in Settevalli!

Large variety of hand-made tasty sandwiches. You may find both gourmet fillings and simple ones like tomatoes and mozzarella. Lively room, nice music, great service

We stopped for lunch just yesterday...what can I say...FANTASTIC!
It has the true, authentic flavors of good Italian cuisine; the delicious taste lingered with us for hours, even after lunch😍
If you're in Perugia, I highly recommend eating at Cukuc!
The staff is truly friendly and helpful.

Don't expect the classic torta al testo.... At least not in appearance...but it's just as good.... There are many varieties.... To please all palates, even the most demanding... The location is informal.... It's perfect for all occasions... Business lunches and dinners or just a dinner with friends... The staff is kind and helpful.
I recommend the "io boh"... If you like spicy flavors

Very nice place, super helpful, polite, and cheerful staff. I had good quality meat, but looking at the sandwiches on the tables, they looked really good. Several craft beers to choose from.

We went to this place on the recommendation of the manager of the B&B where we were staying, and I must say it was excellent. We arrived at 2:30 PM and they didn't hesitate to seat us. The torta al testo was delicious, as were the fried foods and the Perugian beer. The Sicilian waiter was very helpful in explaining all the dishes and, above all, offering advice on what to visit in Umbria... Truly a must-see if you come to Perugia. The prices are more than fair, and the cured meats are top-quality.
If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely return.
