This was by far the best place I dined. Between Rome, Florence, and Umbria this place was the most attentive and the food was unlike any I’ve had before but excellent.

After the Tibetan bridge in Sellano yesterday, I found myself in this restaurant with friends... as soon as I entered, I was amazed by the atmosphere... attention to detail... a very friendly owner and excellent quality food prepared by his wife, the chef... original and above all very good dishes that give you flavour sensations... highly recommended and I hope to return when I am in the area... heartfelt compliments to the owners

We returned for the second time after three years, and I can only say it's a unique place, run with love and dedication. The food is beyond excellent, with a varied menu and, above all, unique dishes with tantalizing pairings. Tonino's courtesy in the dining room is unparalleled. The staff are knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The best place I've ever been. Highly recommended.

Goose speck as an appetizer
Gnocchi with licorice and pistachios and sliced beef with caramelized strawberries... an explosion of flavors seasoned with the originality that only true creativity can produce in such an intimate and symbolically homely setting that takes you back to the taste of things made with the heart.
Many compliments to the owners, so welcoming and smiling.
We'll definitely be back.

It's been a while since I've started and finished a meal so well. All the dishes are carefully crafted. The scrambled eggs with truffle are top-notch. But we're talking about absolute excellence in everything, including the presence and friendliness of Mr. Tonino. The chef, Mrs. Roberta, is top-notch.

Excellent osteria located in the Umbrian mountains. Fair prices and, above all, excellent quality food. The owner and his wife, the chef, were courteous and kind. He even gave me a corkscrew. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the meal. Special thanks to the chef, who was extremely friendly and professional and made us feel welcomed right away.
