Of course, given the huge influx of people during the holiday season, not everything can be perfect, but the staff's consistency and professionalism make the visit pleasant and welcoming. There are many gift ideas and the food is excellent. Well done!

We had such a lovely experience at this Autogrill! It was super busy, but the two men at the bar were absolutely fantastic and made our stop really special. I was wearing a Barbie T-shirt, and one of the men noticed it and showed me a photo of his Barbie collection — such a fun and unexpected moment! 🩷 The other man made us the most delicious cappuccinos, with so much care and attention. Even though it was incredibly busy, he worked with a smile, love and absolutely no stress. You could really see that he cared about what he was doing. These two men truly made our visit. Friendly, genuine service with a smile, even during the busiest moments. That’s exactly what you hope for when you stop on a long journey. And as a bonus: the toilets were free and there was soap available, which we really appreciated. Thank you to the wonderful bar staff for making our stop such a nice experience! ❤️ Definitely 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Too much confusion, due to the August holiday week

There's a free toilet at Avtogrill, but you have to pay at the gas station!

Very crowded during my visit so the personnel was a bit under pressure. Overall a nice stop on the highway.

Kudos to the staff at this Autogrill for their kindness. We asked for room-temperature juice, but since they didn't have any, they immediately offered to heat it up using the steam from the coffee machine. They were also truly friendly and kind to us, and especially to our little girl. The toast I had for breakfast was very good.

A popular car grill, renovated a few years ago, especially the sanitary facilities.. great parking space for campers equipped with everything you need, including free electricity. Sanitary facilities and showers in the car grill. It's a shame that the parking lot for campers is not larger, it is clearly regularly full in the season - see photo.
