In a part of Bolzano that experienced unregulated urban development in the 1950s and 1960s, an Art Nouveau building was spared. Its ground floor, formerly a bar and then a pub, has been converted into this intimate, well-appointed, and quiet restaurant. The food is good, and when I visited, it leaned toward traditional Roman cuisine. The service is provided by a mature couple, whose demeanor reflects extensive experience in the sector, but perhaps also a lackluster enthusiasm.

A very welcoming atmosphere, finally cloth napkins, excellent classic pizza (not gourmet or Neapolitan-style), long-standing, very professional owners (sometimes lacking a smile). Highly recommended if you're looking for atmosphere and classic pizza (in my experience, but there's also cuisine)!
