If I have to do everything myself, from check-in to making my breakfast egg, then I might as well stay home. I'm paying for service!

We were just passing through. The room was okay, small, and clean, but too warm. Unfortunately, the price wasn't right for our room.
It's good that there's a restaurant in the building, so you don't have to look far for food.
Parking is available right at the hotel.
The online check-in was excellent; everything worked perfectly.

We were looking for a hotel for a stopover and came across Hotel Klammer. Parking is available right outside and is free. We received a very friendly welcome. Late check-in is also possible. The comfort room was very spacious and had a small balcony with a lovely view. Everything was very clean, and there's also an elevator. We were delighted from the start and felt very welcome. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for our next visit to South Tyrol.

Due to the Brenner Pass strike, we needed a place to stay at short notice. We (with our child) easily reached the Hotel Klammer, and everything went smoothly. From check-in to check-out.
The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Excellent, keep it up!
Unfortunately, we only stayed one night.

Clean and fresh. Good breakfast. Parking right outside the door. Close to the center, restaurants and other services. The room is very small and lacks chairs. There is no lobby or other space where you can stay if you do not want to eat or drink in the restaurant/bar. The terrace is only for eating/drinking guests. Relatively high price.

We stayed here overnight; our room was small but clean and sufficient for one night. What we missed was a refrigerator in the room. But that's really nitpicking.

The hotel is strategically located in Vipiteno, just 500 meters from the city center, making it easy to get around on foot. There's a large free parking lot where you can leave your car.
The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The service and organization are excellent, and the staff is very kind and helpful.
The hotel has a lovely bar and offers half-board.
The breakfast is exceptional, among the best I've ever had. A wide selection of sweet and savory options, including many homemade cakes, fresh honeycomb, and jams. The savory selection is also excellent and extensive.
A truly wonderful experience, I'll definitely be back!

We had breakfast here and were absolutely delighted. The location is fantastic, the selection is huge, and the quality is superb! Dinner was also a real treat. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. We'll definitely be back!

We've been coming for over ten years. The Klammer family and their staff are always kind and friendly. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the historic center. Nice and clean rooms, a generous and varied breakfast buffet, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended.
