03/07/2025: A very cozy outdoor dining area, authentic and friendly staff, unique and high-quality drinks and snacks (the pulled pork focaccia is especially recommended 👌), and all this right in the center of Auer! We'd definitely love to come back! Highly recommended! ❤️

08/03/2026: Breakfast on Sunday, March 8, 2026, around 10:00 a.m.:
There were no menus on the tables outside. When I asked, I was told they would be brought shortly. After more than 10 minutes, I decided to go into the bar myself, get a pastry, and eat it at home. Extremely slow and inefficient service. Given the exorbitant prices in South Tyrol, as a paying customer, I expect top-notch service; otherwise, I should look for alternatives.

12/04/2026: As soon as we ate, the staff was absent, you practically had to beg to be served, the food was of average to low quality, after going to the cashier to offer the free coffee promotion, the employee made many rounds, he wanted to see my review, poor wifi throughout the shopping centre, in the end I had to go to another restaurant for a coffee, I will definitely never return, I do not recommend the place, unless someone supervises the staff and improves the attention to the public.
10/04/2026: Outrageous prices. A wrap with half a lettuce leaf, microscopic bacon, and two pieces of minced meat costs €12. A 33cl chilli lemon peroni costs €4.50, and they even charge a €2 service charge. Total €18.50 for one person. Are you kidding?

05/11/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I've been here twice during our South Tyrol vacation, and both times I left the restaurant full and happy.
04/11/2025: A beautifully located restaurant in a magnificent landscape. The architecture and interior design of the restaurant are simply beautiful.
The dishes are excellent and the prices are perfectly reasonable.
If you're visiting the region, you should definitely stop here.
I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is fine. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating – we felt well taken care of there. We also enjoyed the food; the quality is truly recommendable. Excellent value for money.
However, what disappointed us was the service in the restaurant. The waitstaff seemed unmotivated and inattentive, hardly a smile, and no sign of a warm welcome. This is a shame, as it noticeably impacts the overall experience of the stay.
There is hope – the foundation is solid.
07/04/2026: The hotel is located directly opposite the Merano Maia Bassa train station, making it very convenient for those arriving by train. The location is very quiet and offers a pleasant view. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Friendly staff, a good breakfast, and the restaurant is open until 10:00 PM.

04/04/2026: The fries were lukewarm and not really fresh, there were long wait times even when it wasn't busy, the quality of the main courses was mediocre, and they were expensive. Because of the great location, it might be worth stopping for a drink, but that's about it.
