30/07/2025: Carino l'ambiente interno e quello all'aperto, buono il servizio, buoni i canederli e le tagliatelle al sugo di salsiccia. Prezzi nella media, clientela gradevole.

22/07/2025: È forse il posto dove ho mangiato peggio a Brunico. Gnocchetti completamente immersi nella panna, cavolo cappuccio asprissimo e canderli senza sapore e molto asciutti. Posto abbastanza caotico, prezzi medio alti…in pieno centro a Brunico c’è di molto meglio secondo me.

27/07/2025: Rifugio davvero bello e ben curato, servizio gentile e rapido. Tartare molto buona (si sente parecchio la senape che apprezzo), tomahawk pessima: l’avevo chiesta al sangue e me l’hanno portata stracotta la prima volta, me l’hanno riportata di una dimensione grande la metà della prima e filamentosa, fredda al centro e troppo salata. Sbagliare è umano, perseverare significa che la carne non è cosa tua.

28/03/2025: Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr zur Pralongia Hütte. Das Essen war stets schmackhaft und frisch. Seit Winter 24/25 hat die Qualität markant nachgelassen. Gestern jedoch war das Mittagessen besonders schlecht. Die Lasagne war nicht frisch und verwürzt. Sie hatte die Konsistenz von einem Brei. Die Soße unter der Käseschicht war schnittfest. Was für das Aufwärmen einer alten Lasagne in der Mikrowelle spricht. Die Spaghetti Carbonara waren durchschnittlichlich. Schade. War es doch immer ein schöner Ort mit gutem Essen.

21/07/2025: They serve ice cream, snacks, and drinks until late in the evening, which is great. They also serve ice cream to go, and it tastes great. We sat next door twice and saw the huge ice cream sundaes being served. So we wanted to go here for ice cream. However, the selection of ice cream sundaes was rather limited, and the prices were quite high. They were then brought in a simple bowl with no visual appeal (at least the brittle bowl). My special ice cream bowl (also served on a plate, but beautifully presented) was mango-passion fruit puree -> very tasty, with 1x mango and 1x lemon ice cream and whipped cream (that's what the menu said). It was served decorated with nuts, and then I was blamed for not listing all my allergies and intolerances before ordering, as someone with allergies. :( The waiter was visibly annoyed when I said I couldn't eat it like that and would like it completely new. Yes, of course, it's a shame about the waste of ingredients, but I specifically choose something safe for me, and then he says he should have known and gives me a lecture about how it's my fault and that in Italy you always have to tell the waiter about all your allergies beforehand. *In the end, my ice cream bowl was remade! Thank you for that, it tasted very good, but the way he blamed me was not appropriate. Correct. It's a shame, we expected more. One more positive thing. The waitress we paid to was super polite and nice. Thank you :)

19/07/2025: A true highlight in Kaltern! The Laubencafé impresses across the board: The service is first-class – friendly, attentive, and warm. The quality of the food and drinks is outstanding; you can immediately tell that the work here is done with love and care. And the ice cream is simply fantastic – creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. We'd love to come back and highly recommend the café!

02/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena nel weekend del ponte del 1 maggio e ci hanno garantito la prenotazione con un solo giorno di anticipo. Personale educato e disponibile. Piatti tipici buoni e porzioni normali. Qualità prezzo nella norma. Birre ottime !

02/04/2025: Un locale tipico che è molto più di un semplice pub! L’atmosfera accogliente e l’attenzione ai dettagli rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La birra prodotta direttamente da loro è una vera chicca, perfetta per accompagnare i piatti del menu. Tutte le portate che abbiamo provato erano eccellenti, ma un plauso speciale va al gulasch: saporito, ben equilibrato e semplicemente irresistibile.

15/07/2025: Yes, I would very much like to recommend this place. The menu meets all your wishes. Good portions, quick, friendly service and a harmonious, loving family business. A wonderful display of flowers, a great atmosphere, unique decorative elements. The Seeschupfe is becoming increasingly popular as a wedding location or for other types of celebrations and while you are high up on the lake terrace enjoying the unbelievably good cuisine, your heart looks far out over the lake... culinary relaxation. It doesn't matter that the terrace is usually very full, you'll find a spot. Here we are all of one heart and one soul, and you can enjoy the many nice people there too. This place has a loving calm about it, even when there is a lot going on. Well, have I animated and inspired you? I am very pleased.

14/07/2025: We were very satisfied. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the pizza tasted above average. Drinks and meat dishes are on the higher end, while pizzas are mid-range to average. We can recommend the restaurant and will visit again.

31/07/2025: Horrible employees at the checkout and in the service department, the worst gas station we've ever been to. Extremely unfriendly, and the toilets, which were container-style outside, were a complete disaster. Don't stop under any circumstances!!!!

28/07/2025: So bad and inappropriate, that would one move it and put it in front of the MOMA, and it would become a very decent performance.

03/08/2025: We ordered a tuna cheese pizza, a ham and mushroom pizza, and beef soup. Two pizzas were enough for four people to share, though it's unbelievable that most Europeans eat one pizza each. The pizzas were pretty good overall, with a thin crust and moist filling. 👍🏻 Even someone who doesn't like pizza could finish three! The beef soup was incredibly salty, so salty that you could add water to make two bowls, which was a great deal! The view was amazing, with a view of Knifeback Mountain. That might be why it's so expensive, but the pizza is pretty cheap.

29/07/2025: We wanted to eat at the Seceda Restaurant and simply had a question about a dish. However, the waiter was extremely impatient, rude, and rude. Instead of answering our question politely, he urged us to order quickly and acted visibly annoyed. When we calmly pointed out that a polite tone would be appropriate, he coldly told us we could just leave, which we did. Such disrespectful behavior is completely out of place in the restaurant industry, especially in a place that relies heavily on tourism. It's a shame, as we were looking forward to a lovely meal in a wonderful setting and were very disappointed. Furthermore, the prices were very high, and it didn't look particularly appetizing. (A vegetable soup, for example, costs €13.50)

03/05/2025: Dopo essere stati "accolti" in modo molto frettoloso e approssimativo abbiamo ordinato due cioccolate calde molto più simili a un latte e cacao che ad una vera cioccolata. Al momento del conto ho provato a farle un osservazione sulla cosa senza essere preso in considerazione. Servizio e prodotti pessimi, unica nota positiva un secondo cameriere molto simpatico.In ogni caso sconsigliato

02/06/2025: If I could give less than one star I would. The four of us sat down for a coffee, a herbal tea and an ice cream (it looked like anything but an ice cream). The waiter spoke to us in German, even though we had spoken to him in Italian. Difficulty communicating and what can I say...a terrible experience overall!

23/05/2025: A lovely café in the arcades of Merano. The cake selection is extensive and delicious. Perhaps a bit touristy. We'll definitely be back.

18/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena due sere fa in quattro persone all interno di questo locale tipico e molto accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato discretamente bene accolti e serviti da Fatima che è stata gentilissima e molto professionale!

06/07/2025: Piccolo ristorantino nel centro di Ortisei, personale molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Il cibo viene cucinato espresso, ne risentono leggermente i tempi ma ne guadagna la qualità. Menù con scelte contenute per garantire la qualità e freschezza degli alimenti. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando il posto in cui è ubicato. Da ritornare ancora per assaggiare altri piatti anche in base alla stagionalità.

12/06/2025: We were very surprised by this poor and unfriendly service. They deliberately didn't serve us at first because the kitchen was about to close. The waitress was genuinely unfriendly and visibly annoyed by several guests. The waitress said, "The kitchen is closed now, look at the menu, you can order that," turned around and left us sitting. They didn't ask for drinks. Impossible and rude. We had two small children with us. Apparently they didn't need it. But thankfully, that's an exception in the region. Then we got up and left. Apparently poor management!

22/04/2025: Das etwas altbackene Lokal lebt von seiner guten Lage und der sehr geringen Konkurrenz außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, vermittelte aber einen hektischen Eindruck. Die Gerichte waren von durchschnittlicher Qualität und insgesamt war der Eindruck mittelmäßig.

10/07/2025: Haben einen entspannten Abend im Nadamas verbracht bei coolen Drinks und super Bedienung! Leute waren sehr entspannt und wir durften "Basti" kennenlernen. Danke nochmal für das Feuerzeug!😉

02/03/2025: Il locale in sé è molto carino. Gente di varia età, giovane e meno giovane e di background molto diversi. Sull'atmosfera che si incontra nulla da ridire. Anzi, bello! Cibo e bevande mi sembrano nella norma. L'elemento sgradevole è il personale. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza grande, abbiamo ordinato più volte varie cose (tra cui 2 bottiglie di vino, e più giri di spritz/aperitivo). Alla mia richiesta di una porzione di patatine (un sollecito, perché le avevo già chieste al secondo giro ma non erano arrivate), la risposta, accompagna da una strana espressione, è stata "vedo cosa posso fare". Ecco, "vedo cosa posso fare" non è una risposta che rifilirei a un cliente, non dopo tutto quello che era stato ordinato! Le patatine sono ben arrivate, ma l'esperienza si è conclusa con questa nota poco piacevole :-/

11/07/2025: We were on the go and got an ice cream to go, but at €2.20 a scoop, you really have to think twice about whether you want an ice cream. Four scoops in total, and we spent almost €10... The location is right next to the train station, which is probably why the prices are so high, which are more expensive than in Bolzano/Bressanone/Vipiteno itself. The taste was okay; I've had much better ones.

26/06/2025: I've rarely been to such an unpleasant café! Waiters stress local customers by asking for their bills 20 minutes before closing time, and make it perfectly clear that they're no longer welcome because otherwise they'll have to finish work five minutes later. It's sad, but businesses like this can afford to treat any customer as they please, since every idiot from the cable car walks into their café anyway...

25/05/2025: The station is not brand new but all in all functional. Even if it does not have the visual impact of Centrale, it is well connected (metro M2, trams and buses) and quite easy to reach. It has 12 platforms, with many regional and suburban trains, so it is especially useful for commuters and students. Inside there are the essential services: ticket office, bar, newsstand and bathrooms (paid but well kept). The structure is a bit dated in some parts, even if the modern terminal designed by Gardella in the 90s gives it an extra touch. Perhaps more raised platforms would be needed, but for the rest, a positive experience. Practical station, without too many pretensions.
