19/02/2026: I only went to have dinner which was really good. There were many people so they took long to give us food. The location was really beautiful. The rooms were all colourful which I loved.

The place is very cute and the food was genuinely good. However, the service unfortunately didn’t match the quality of the dishes. When I called earlier, I was told there was no availability and no walk-ins accepted, yet when we arrived, they were eventually able to accommodate us. Throughout the meal, we had to wait quite a long time for attention, most of the staff were not very welcoming, and it took a long time to pay the bill. Even when we said goodbye while leaving, no one responded. Overall, lovely atmosphere and good food, but perhaps I was expecting a bit more from the service.

06/06/2026: This very characteristic mountain hut can be reached with a 40-minute uphill walk. The road is unpaved but accessible with strollers. They do not accept debit cards or credit cards in general!
The food is traditional and very good.
12/02/2026: What can I say? A truly unique experience! We've known Hermann for a long time and are always blown away by his exceptional and incredibly generous dishes. All the dishes are fantastic! We recommend the Chef's macaroni as a first course, but the other dishes are sublime too. Main courses are superb! The desserts are incredible; you have to try them all! The prices are ridiculously low and the service is incredibly friendly and efficient!

31/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and the staff is particularly friendly.
The meat dishes are good, especially the ribs, which are among the best. The pizza, however, is not up to par and definitely overpriced. The dessert portions are very small and the prices are high.
We appreciated the restaurant's cleanliness, which was done by a vacuum cleaner.
The kitchen is located upstairs and is connected by a freight elevator and intercom system.

02/02/2026: Stayed here in Jan, 26 for our family ski vacation in Dolomites. The hotel was not fully booked and being not too busy was a privilege, all stuff: reception, bar & servers were extremely helpful and attentive, which made our stay pleasant. Our apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, just the pillow were too thin, but I guess that's a preference. Breakfast can be richer in terms of variety and if the pool was warmer during our stay we could have used it. Overall we're happy and thankful to the whole team for their hospitality.
Family's tip: the kids club is big enough to entertain 2 small children - our were 1 and 4 at the time of visit and they spend a lot of time there.

07/12/2025: 1. Rooms - Very basic but clean.
2. Restaurant - Food very good.
3. Service - It would have been 5 stars if not for the waiter, probably of Indian origin, who confused us by bringing us a menu with restaurant dishes (additionally paid) even though we had already purchased meals. The language barrier prevented us from communicating fluently. He was also pushy and made us feel uncomfortable.
Fortunately, the reception staff helped and even printed out the menu in Polish (thank you for that, it's a nice gesture).
I should add that if the menu was in multiple languages, we Poles are also in Europe and the European Union, so that should be standard practice.
12/10/2025: We were here for hiking, so we stayed for several nights.
The following are particularly positive:
- The owner and her service staff
- Restaurant quality
- Location and view
The rooms are simple but fine.
The sauna is small and a bit dated.
Many guests only stay for one night.

04/04/2026: The fries were lukewarm and not really fresh, there were long wait times even when it wasn't busy, the quality of the main courses was mediocre, and they were expensive. Because of the great location, it might be worth stopping for a drink, but that's about it.

16/03/2026: Great café with a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy an Aperol Spritz even in March. Delicious, freshly made little snacks complete the offerings. Friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

08/04/2026: Cozy bakery with a cafe, very pleasant sitting outside on the terrace with a beautiful view of the city. The coffee is delicious, mixed drinks too and the youngest member of the family appreciated the delicious ice cream.

I went there because I saw rave reviews from Koreans, but...
It’s different from Korean kebabs. It’s Italian kebab.
It’s salty and greasy. I recommend it if you like that kind of food, but...
If you come expecting Korean kebabs, it’s not worth it.

18/06/2026: The staff were generally brusque and reacted very unkindly to our request for plant-based milk (which wasn't available). Lemon was unfortunately the only sorbet on offer, but it was quite tasty. Overall, not a recommended experience.
