We discovered this hotel a few years ago thanks to a friend's recommendation, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The room was very welcoming and impeccably clean. The food was excellent: an honorable mention goes to the pork knuckle, truly delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll repeat it as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful dinner in this cosy homy gourmet restaurant. Home made local specialties with a smile, and beautiful decor. Highly recommended!

Excellent. We go there every time we come to Ortisei. Very kind and friendly. I recommend the pork shank and mushroom tortelli.

11/03/2026: A few years on from our visit, I just recently commended this bäckerei to friends who moved to the region. I realized I never provided a review for what was a life-changing food experience for me. Everything we tried during our stay in town was truly amazing. I maintain that the croissants are the best I have and will ever eat, and yes, I’ve had Parisian croissants. Nice but not quite. We truly enjoyed our stay in town but Bäckerei Schuster would be reason enough for me to visit Italy again.

29/10/2025: Absolutely divine! 😍 From the elderflower-raspberry juice to the dumplings (with apple, plum, and strawberry) – simply divine! The lady who served us was also incredibly sweet and kind. A must-stop!
