We stopped for a quick drink because the terras looked nice; good aperol, great wine, nice spot, a good snack with the drinks and friendly service, all for a good price. 10/10!

I have rarely experienced such hospitable owners and staff; and that amidst a huge commotion including a birthday party; but also an ideal place for that first coffee early in the morning;

The restaurant is modern, located on the main pedestrian street of San Candido. We had an aperitif in the afternoon, a white wine from the Novacella Abbey in the Bressanone area and their "Cornet" aperitif. The restaurant has a shaded outdoor patio.

Drawn by the pleasant music, my boyfriend and I stopped at this place. We ordered a small mixed platter (cheese + speck), a beer, and a Campari Spritz. As we told the waiter, the Campari Spritz was truly excellent, and the beer was also very good. The food, however, was a shame: the speck we were served was almost entirely fatty, and the cheese had little flavor. The waiter noticed we weren't eating it and, after apologizing several times, brought us another portion. We greatly appreciated this gesture. Unfortunately, we weren't particularly impressed with the second speck either, but it must be said that in the end, they took the platter off our bill. We returned two days later, but this time we only had drinks: two truly excellent Campari Spritzes.

Yes, I highly recommend Cafe Cornet. It's even nicer now. I really like the interior. Yes, it's already nice there in the early morning hours. There are also small seating areas for singles, which is great, and it's perfect for people who want to have a coffee with a colleague before going to work. The ice cream sundaes look amazing; I'm going to treat myself to one. Are you coming too? ...Absolutely fantastic!
