Amazing hotel. Great service. Best spa ever. Attention to details.

The best hotel we have been to. Everything in this hotel is simply perfect, at the highest level. The rooms are amazing, the spa is one of the best we've ever been to, the food in both restaurants - both the gourmet restaurant (Maslan) and the hotel's regular restaurant - amazing gourmet food. The service by all the staff members of the hotel - from the reception, to the waiters at meals is simply amazing and so kind. We had an amazing experience and as those who go to the best hotels in the world, especially in ski resorts - this is the best hotel we have been to. We would also like to mention Dominico Del Parte - the waiter who was with us at meals and provided service above expectations. He made our experience even more amazing! We will definitely be back here.

Nutrivo aspettative molto alte, chi in parte sono state soddisfatte a parte tre aspetti: 1) la piscina interna molto piccola senza la fruizione di uno spazio che consenta la presenza di sdrai o lettini; 2) la SPA che apre alle ore 16 assieme alla piscina esterna. Questo non collima con le esigenze di chi, durante il giorno, non va a sciare ed ha voglia di usufruire della SPA; 3) acqua della piscina esterna non molto calda. Ottima la cucina stellata ed ambienti pulitissimi. Molto gentile il personale. Qualità/prezzo molto alto

perfect hotel with good rooms, atmosphere and great pools!

We just spent a week at this property and loved every minute of it. The hotel, staff, location and amenities were all tip top. We can't wait to come back asap. Thanks Alpenroyal for a fantastic vacation!
