21/03/2025: Small but nice pizzeria. Nothing special from the outside but the food is very good 👍 and has a good ratio between quality and price. The service is very friendly and attentive. There are no problems with the language either, as several languages ​​are spoken well here. Although it doesn't look like it from the outside, everything is very clean and makes you feel welcome as a guest. I'm going back tomorrow with friends.

23/02/2025: The price is cheap and the pizza is delicious. This restaurant was recommended by my accommodation, and the pizza was baked in an oven and the dough was really delicious! Besides that, the Manzo Salad and steamed mussels were also delicious haha. The female staff was really cute and friendly, so I was able to have a good meal. It was so delicious that I went every day for two days haha.

28/09/2024: Very nice, nice and clean hotel. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. The thing that really disappointed us was the complete absence of a courtesy line (soap, cap, cream, etc.) there was practically only a bottle of shower/shampoo and that was it. The food is very good and well prepared even the choice is minimal (soup or first course and a second or vegetarian course). The staff and owners, mother and daughter, are excellent hosts. our little dog was treated very well even if we had a small misunderstanding with the owner.

14/04/2025: Very nice and characteristic place in Bolzano. Very crowded even at 2pm on Sunday, but with fast and efficient service. First course, second course (1 more for tasting for everyone), dessert, water and category wine (with the addition of 2 glasses in addition to the 2 bottles of pinot noir). Coffee and world grappa at around €45 per person. Definitely worth returning. Well done

08/03/2025: After the demolition of the old building it is now in a much more panoramic position over the Dolomites with a high level construction. Always commendable dishes.

24/02/2025: A well-worth seeing and successful spatial concept for the restaurant in the new Lanzenschuster: panoramic views and a large outdoor terrace. Inside there are different seating areas, including the “Alte Stube” or a barrel, which are designed with old and new wood in different surface structures. Colored chairs and upholstery pick up the colors of the larches and lichens. The service is friendly and super fast, the menu has standard dishes, but also something different (chestnut pumpkin dumplings). The price/performance ratio is very good, the portions are good, e.g. €15 for pork schnitzel with outstanding (!) fried potatoes or €11.5 for the house noodles. Lots of locals come and that speaks for itself! A real recommendation and enrichment for the local catering industry.

27/03/2025: I passed through here for work a couple of weeks ago and I had a good time. Simple and familiar environment, possibility of watching football matches. I ate a mixed starter of cold cuts and cheeses and a Schnitzel and chips with house white wine. all very good. fair price. I will definitely come back.

21/02/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante l'ultimo giorno della nostra settimana bianca. È stata la chiusura perfetta!!!! Piatti spettacolari in un locale piccolo ma veramente caratteristico!!! Il tagliere con lo speck e i formaggi, l'uovo al tegamino con le patate, i canederli, lo strudel.... semplicemente meravigliosi!!! Un grazie alla signora per la gentilezza. Speriamo di vederci il prossimo anno!!!!

14/04/2025: Völlan is certainly not for young party people, but it is certainly nice for hiking and spending time together. This is particularly sweetened by the first-class, friendly and rustic family service from the charming boss, who gives the hotel an exceptionally warm, humorous feel-good factor. This is only topped by the impressive quality of the culinary artistry of Christian Pircher, who is also an incredibly nice host. The spa area is small but nice and we recommend the Kirchsteiger with a clear conscience to anyone who appreciates attractive aesthetics in the furnishings, but above all, great craftsmanship in culinary cinema.

13/03/2025: Came here for dinner with friends one evening. We all ordered pizza which came very fast with friendly staff! Large menu of pizza to choose from and pizza was excellent!! We also order the tiramisu for dessert which was also great. Would definitely visit again!
