Excellent location, clean Rifugio. Home cooked food, with attentive staff. Great value.

I had a absolutely wonderful couple of nights here. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and the all-in-all it was just a lovely place to relax after a day of hiking. In particularly, Brian was a truly lovely host, and really made the stay special. Would definitely recommend this hut to anyone.

Stayed (overnighting) for two nights. This is a peaceful, beautiful, very clean hut and most importantly with very friendly hosts (and some friendly guests too). Verena welcomed us with beer after hike up from Siusi Alm. The hot showers were amazing. They allowed us to store our luggage since we were doing a circular hike up Schlern mountain one day. The two dinners we had were amazing, fresh ingredients and very much needed after long hikes. We had free homemade grappas and Brian (a staff member) was so full of joy and spirit of sharing and even helped us choose a safer route to go down. Will go back and stay there in a heartbeat. A beautifully situated alpine pasture. Only accessible on foot, but it's worth the trip.

We walked from Compatsch to Seis and fortified ourselves there with the best Schlutzkrapfen we've ever had!

One of the few remaining truly rustic Alpine Club huts in a unique setting! We did a hut-to-hut tour and deliberately chose this hut because we didn't fancy the huge, hotel-like "huts" further up. The food was excellent, and the hosts were very welcoming. They even gave us tips for the best route the next day. It's wonderful that places like this still exist; we had almost given up hope in South Tyrol. We wish the owners all the best for the future!

Oh, how wonderful, an Alpine Club hut as it should be! Just like they used to be standard. Not these luxury huts that are popping up everywhere now. The hut warden was immediately interested in our tour for the next day and gave us some very helpful tips. Thank you for the lovely stay. Keep up the good work!

Had a nice pasta here with a friendly waiter, who was excited to answer all our questions about running the Hütte. They were all friendly to our dog too!
