The pistachio risotto is incredible! Highly recommend that dish. The service was also phenomenal. The only down side was the mosquitoes on the outdoor patio seating are awful. Must take insect repellent to enjoy your time.

We only stayed in the accommodation, but it was very nice from the outside.

We had a wonderful evening at Stadele – the food, drinks, and service were all first-class, and we even took some homemade jam home with us. We especially enjoyed the cozy seating area in the garden. Unfortunately, we were only visiting, but we hope to return sometime. Thank you so much for the fantastic food and the lovely evening!

The staff were polite and friendly. We only had one dish, and it was plentiful and tasty. The wine selection was extensive, all good and excellent. I'll definitely be back with friends and family, and I highly recommend it.

The ambiance was lovely, and the service was very friendly and attentive. We had the five-course menu with wine pairings, and everything was perfectly coordinated.

We ordered a gourmet menu on Tuesday. Excellent choice. When we mentioned that we didn't particularly enjoy the meat dish (Pluma from Iberian pork), we were served a replacement (braised veal cheek) which was wonderfully tender and tasted delicious. The wine recommendation was also perfect. Highly recommended.

In the heart of Lana, for example, lies the Restaurant Stadele. Chef Matthias Wenin focuses on simple yet sophisticated cuisine, incorporating herbs from his own garden. These herbs are particularly delicious on the wild herb spring salad, followed by potato and wild garlic gnocchi with asparagus and shrimp, and then a veal sirloin steak with garden spinach as the main course. A chocolate slice with raspberries and rhubarb rounds off the meal. Stylish tableware and a relaxed atmosphere make the restaurant a popular spot with locals as well.

Absolutely fantastic! Superb service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere, especially here on the hidden garden terrace on the lower floor, overlooking the pretty garden where the fresh herbs come from.
