14/06/2024: You quickly notice that the operators and their employees put their heart and soul into their work. Good advice is provided and customer wishes are taken into account. In addition to a large selection of sometimes expensive wines, there are all sorts of local and South Tyrolean products, including brandies, ragouts and chocolate. We came there by chance at the end of our little tour of St. Pauls and loved it.

07/06/2024: Enoteka Vis a Vis in St. Pauls is a wonderful place in the heart of South Tyrol. The staff is incredibly friendly and the South Tyrolean charm can be felt everywhere. The specialists are very competent and respond to personal wishes. The bacon and cheese platters are terrific and can be customized. There is also a great selection of wines that can be enjoyed both by the glass and by the bottle. A visit here is an absolute must for anyone who wants to experience South Tyrol's culinary highlights in a relaxed atmosphere.

02/06/2024: Perfect girlfriends vacation. Clean apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains, super delicious breakfast and the hospitality of the owners was brilliant and the cleaning lady employed was an angel. We will definitely come back!

18/02/2024: 100/10 hotel you’re making a huge mistake if you don’t stay here. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. They unfortunately did not speak any English so it was hard for us to communicate, but that fact did not stop them from literally bending over backwards for me. Some examples: The hotel serves a complementary breakfast, but once the owners found out, I would be leaving the hotel for skiing before they serve breakfast they allowed me to come down over an hour early to eat breakfast with them. Another example is that on Sundays, the bus from the hotel to the train station runs later than the other days and the owners knew I planned to go skiing that day, so they offered to personally take me to the bus station in town and that’s exactly what they did. The hotel itself is clean, an amazing location, delicious food, and exceptional customer service.

16/08/2024: We returned for the second time and the opinion is always very positive. Despite being on the highway, it is a comfortable restaurant with excellent cuisine and very friendly staff. They recommended some excellent tagliatelle with fresh chanterelles and the choice proved to be a winning one! Excellent and plentiful dish. Also for our grandson an excellent plate of tortelli with ricotta and spinach. Quality/quantity/price ratio ok 👍🏻

04/02/2024: With the occasion of our anniversary on February 3rd we decided to celebrate in the restaurant on the go. Very refined and elegant place, refined and refined furnishings! Nothing is left to chance, table, chairs, cutlery and glasses! Very professional and kind dining room staff. The best thing, which is not always found in starred restaurants, is that chef Melis himself presents and serves the dishes. Great lover of cuisine and always looking for new challenges and dishes. It uses the highest quality ingredients and raw materials, dedicating a unique and rare research to finding them! Exquisite dishes that take you on a true journey of tastes and flavours, even in Sardinia, the region from which the chef comes. The raw materials, even humble ones, are selected with great care and are processed and enhanced in such a way that the result leaves you speechless! Particular note for the creamed risotto with pumpkin, mandarin, coffee and Alpine trout, as well as for Alfredo's eel and suckling pig! Just in case, the chef also improvised a small cake as a tribute! Thanks to Chefs like Melis, with his continuous research, the cuisine never ceases to amaze! At the end of dinner the chef chatted with us and accompanied us to the exit! We will definitely come back to visit you, see you soon!

03/02/2024: Con l’occasione del nostro anniversario il 3 febbraio abbiamo deciso di festeggiare nel ristorante in viaggio. Locale molto raffinato ed elegante, arredamento curato e ricercato! Nulla è lasciato al caso, tavolo, sedie, posateria e bicchieri! Personale di sala molto professionale e gentile. La cosa più bella, che nei ristoranti stelllati non sempre si trova, è che a presentare e servire i piatti è lo stesso chef Melis. Grande cultore della cucina e sempre alla ricerca di nuove sfide e piatti. Utilizza incredienti e materie prime di altissima qualità, dedicando una ricerca più unica che rara nel reperirle! Piatti squisiti che ti portano a compiere un vero viaggio di gusti e sapori, anche in terra sarda, regione da cui proviene lo chef. Le materie prime, anche umili, vengono selezionate con grande cura e vengono lavorate e valorizzate in tal modo che il risultato ti lascia senza parole! Particolare nota per il risotto mantecato con la zucca, mandarino, caffè e trota alpina, nonchè per l’anguilla e il maialino di Alfredo! Per l’occorrenza lo chef ha improvvisato anche una piccola tortina omaggiandola! Grazie a Chef come Melis con la sua continua ricerca la cucina non smette mai di stupire! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi, a presto!

19/08/2024: Too crowded, too loud and then there are the unfriendly lifeguards in South Tyrol... who don't have the situation under control. On the slide, immigration children ignore the order and traffic lights, so one of them slipped into my back... When I asked the lifeguard who wasn't well trained in German, I knew that he didn't care. The main thing was to whistle all the time when it wasn't necessary... just ridiculous.. the second star is only for the location and appearance... a shame there would be more.

18/08/2024: Beautiful bathroom, absolutely suitable for children of all ages. Great value for money: family ticket for 3 hours cost around 26 euros. In summer you can use both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool, so it doesn't seem overcrowded even if there are a lot of people there. The kids loved the lazy river. Very clean and well maintained

30/08/2024: There are only three points for the food because the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't one of those. We asked whether, for example, There is semolina in it, but unfortunately the waiter couldn't find out anything. Let's assume a large bag of powder is mixed. The service was otherwise very accommodating, friendly and polite. It's a shame that fun devices have been placed in such a way that the wonderful view of the mountains is very disturbed.

20/08/2024: I was surprised by the treatment we received, in fact after our order we saw things arrive that were contrary to what we expected we had asked (referring to the drinks beer and water, a different brand of beer and cold water instead of room temperature). The dishes presented were not as indicated on the menu since the spaghetti dish was served with the sauce as well as a generous spoonful of cream and the blue-veined potatoes were frozen (therefore just removed from the fridge). They were changed only afterwards express request and pay more. A real disappointment since we had frequented the place before the renovation!

29/08/2024: I came across this restaurant during a trip out of town with my family. Intrigued, we decided to stop for a quick meal We ate: - venison fillet - surprise from the forest Two dishes well served (I attach photos) and very tasty. They definitely met our expectations. The dessert is an explosion of flavors and balanced in the right way. The fillet is tender, tasty, rich in flavours. A real explosion for the palate. Especially for those who have never tasted these flavors before. The service was friendly and fast, we didn't wait long and the waiters met our needs. They were also available in helping us choose the dishes Advised? Absolutely yes!

15/08/2024: Improvised last minute appointment on August 15th. You will not find typical cuisine, but dishes with refined flavors and carefully prepared. The staff despite being very attentive and kind. The price is not fast food, but adequate for what is offered

08/08/2024: A very nice restaurant with a beautiful terrace and a very friendly owner. We had a delicious meal here and everything was fresh and well prepared. If you are in Bruneck, this is highly recommended.

Unica cosa buffa, il menù aveva un odore abbastanza sgradevole ma non sarà questo piccolo dettaglio a farmi cambiare opinione. complimenti, ci tornerò sicuramente!!
