16/07/2025: €5 for a 120cl beer seems like a steal to me, especially for takeout. Not even in a restaurant for a medium-sized glass of beer. No more!

05/07/2025: The people that work here are very welcoming and nice. Very high quality pizza, and a lot of variety. The best pizzeria in Bolzano!!!!

06/07/2025: Cafe' bar located on the street side but with outdoor tables for a refreshment or a break. Huge selection of products, from sandwiches, to ice creams, to aperitifs. All good.

17/07/2025: What can I say... A unique relaxation, starting from the welcome, to the hotel's strategic location, from which you can start numerous hikes and close to Lake Fie. The view is truly spectacular... The rooms are clean, and the food is excellent, with menus and dishes that are never boring. The property also has a fantastic pool and sauna/spa.

11/07/2025: It was the best hotel I stayed at in the Dolomites. The Schlern mountain, the logo of Loacker chocolate, is right in front of the hotel, and there is a lake right next to it where you can swim. The facilities are state-of-the-art, the staff is all very kind, and the food is very sincere and delicious. I think I will miss the Dolomites more because of Waldsee.

11/06/2025: Great outlet right at the Brenner Pass, opposite the parking garage, with IONITY e-car charging stations. The outlet has stores like Puma with great deals!

09/06/2025: For the formerly rather sleepy town of Brenner, this is a significant improvement. This shopping center houses numerous shops, which also enhances the surrounding buildings. The selection is wide and fashionable, and the prices are impressive. You can always go shopping here...

05/07/2025: Lisa is very friendly and sweet, and they offer a huge selection of top-quality wines at all prices. You'll always get a friendly and quick welcome from small tartines while you enjoy your wine.

12/06/2025: Lunch break with barley soup and cake...incredibly good...Compliments to the elderly owners with their heart and culinary skills. I'm always happy to stop at an inn like this on long bike rides. Stay away from tour buses and hordes of Chinese or American tourists; this isn't for you. The menu is too small, no fancy microwaved convenience food is served, nothing is written in English, and the restroom doesn't have a Dyson hand dryer. Everyone else will find a beautiful little idyll here, the likes of which are rare these days... .

25/04/2025: In Val di Vizze, a corner of paradise located in the valley. The internal lounge for wonderfully familiar and warm eating. Crazy trio of dumplings. Incredible venison and delicious children's cutlet with sautéed potatoes and sauerkraut and speck salad. To close, wonderful Kaiserschmarrn with blueberry sauce. Recommended for everyone with an external children's area. Incredible experience on a family sensory level

27/07/2025: We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and modern. The spa area was adequate, and the late-night opening hours were very convenient. The breakfast was extensive, and the service was very friendly. The view from the balcony of the adjacent campsite was not ideal. The hotel's location is perfect. There is ample parking.

07/07/2025: Very nice bar restaurant on the shore of the small lake of Monticolo. Excellent and abundant food, only a small problem with drinking that being separate from eating you have to queue and wait. Kind staff

21/06/2025: Everything was great, from the service to the food to the atmosphere and general design of the place. We ate very well for two and paid a reasonable price - we had mixed salads, schnitzel with fries / rösti with eggs and speck, four pints of beer and two coffees for a total of 75 euros - and just really had a good and relaxing time after the intense climb from San Valentino alla Muta. Highly recommended!

02/08/2025: We came at 7:15 pm, the guy in the bar ( old man) refused to serve us at all , he said there werent enough tables inside and have left us outside in the freezing cold, (with the other arabs), we are a big family, yet there was plenty of space and room inside for everyone. Thank goodness there were two nice waitresses there to help and take us in. The old man didnt have any manners whatsoever and it shows how his hospitality was just horrible towards us.
