Delicious food; beautiful dishes, delicious wine. Relaxed atmosphere, nice music. Wonderful among the locals. Recommended!

19/05/2024: A great place for Apres Ski. Super nice interior, cozy and warm. 5m from the slope. Food was excellent as was the service good. For us much better than many other places e.g. in Austria. Well run and friendly!!!

24/04/2024: Rifugio in ottima posizione alla base degli impianti, ma con musica assordante, soprattutto se si mangia all'interno è difficile parlare con i propri commensali. Era già tardi per il pranzo e abbiamo dovuto aspettare una buona mezz'ora perché ci portassero qualcosa. La minestra di zucca era salatissima e si sono dimenticati di portarci il dolce, che non abbiamo sollecitato visti i tempi di attesa e la qualità del primo piatto.

05/08/2024: Quiet place, good food. We stopped while passing through and found a quiet, discreet place where we could enjoy typical dishes. I recommend the dumplings and the strudel, really good. Friendly staff, quick and precise service. I advise

Maximum attention and care towards children.
Very well looked after internal and external games.
Abundant and good food. The dishes on the children's menu are also very well prepared.
Attentive and kind staff!

27/08/2024: The ambience is nice. We were ignored by one waiter. After a while he came calling. We ordered a quarter liter of white wine twice and received half a liter of the expensive wine without knowing it. We weren't asked. Be careful, you will be ripped off there. It's not nice.

31/07/2024: It is no longer the Tantalus once famous for its excellent pizza, now managed by an Asian community, it has lost quality... the dough seems to be frozen, losing its fragrance and softness, the mozzarella is the stretched curd one, the cooking system of the ingredients is wrong, you can't put a San Daniele ham straight into cooking and make it dry like bacon. Then if you ask for a little more garlic or onion they'll even make you pay extra for it... I don't recommend it

24/07/2024: We were there for lunch, the restaurant is truly high-end, local products excellently cooked with excellent local raw materials. Perhaps the best Wiener I've tasted in years.
Friendly, fast and precise service, reasonable price.
We were impressed by the fact that the first page of the menu is the one intended for children, a pleasant discovery.
We were all satisfied!

30/07/2024: Beautiful small hotel with good food and service. We had a wonderful experience here and both the staff and the owner are very friendly! We hoped to see the cat but unfortunately we didn't.

The ancient building's captivating setting and fine cuisine make for an unforgettable stay.
Our family enjoyed the warm ambience and the professional caring service very much.
One highlight for us was the delicious breakfast!!

25/05/2024: Perfect for your Merano holiday. Great location, right in the middle but very quiet thanks to the new windows. Beautifully renovated rooms, air conditioning, wooden floors, art in the room. There are Art Nouveau elements in the hotel itself, especially in the staircase and in the beautiful breakfast room. Very good breakfast buffet, Bircher muesli, fruit. Egg dishes as desired.
01/04/2024: A very central hotel, excellent for spending days visiting Merano and its surroundings, not cheap. Paid garage, fixed or a la carte menu, very varied breakfast with sweet and savory, double rooms at different prices depending on size, but comfortable even at the standard level. Free transport card, spa just a stone's throw away.

10/08/2024: A good address for transit and exploring the surrounding area - rather not for a longer or entire holiday stay.
Right on the main road, that has advantages and disadvantages - as the traffic is quite busy and the gas station opposite isn't exactly quiet either.
Otherwise everything is satisfactory.
05/08/2024: Excellent service, food well presented and of good quality, clean rooms even if the carpet is old, you can reach the center in 5 minutes and within a few steps you will find a supermarket, I recommend it
