07/05/2025: …alla fine della mia escursione per i sentieri sul Monte San Vigilia!!…nei pressi di Lana!!…vicino a Merano!!…Alto Adige!!…mi sono fermata con un gruppo di persone in questo locale!!…Family-Alm Gampl!!…ambiente veramente accogliente!!…in stile alpino!!…e con l’incomparabile calore del legno!!…premetto che io ho preso solamente un caffè!!…e ho usufruito della toilette!!…ma qui si possono gustare i piatti tipici alpini!!…della cucina altoatesina!!…e dolci fatti in casa!!…con personale gentile e disponibile!!…qui siamo a 1.800 metri sul livello del mare!!…e si trova solamente pace e tranquillità!!…e un panorama favoloso!!….una splendida vista panoramica!!…ci si ritrova circondati dalle montagne!!…e da tante vallate!!…ci sono tanti posti a sedere anche all’aperto!!…ma al momento del mio passaggio!!…purtroppo pioveva!!…per cui mi sono seduta a un tavolo all’interno!!…che dire!!…un buon punto di riferimento!!…sul Monte San Vigilio!!…è Family-Alm Gampl!!…facilmente raggiungibile anche con la funivia!!…e poi con la seggiovia monoposto!!…ma anche a piedi!!…una bella escursione!!…☕️💐🍽️👌⬆️‼️

07/05/2025: ...at the end of my excursion along the paths on Monte San Vigilia!!...near Lana!!...near Merano!!...Alto Adige!!...I stopped with a group of people in this place!!...Family-Alm Gampl!!...really welcoming environment!!...in Alpine style!!...and with the incomparable warmth of the wood!!...I must start by saying that I only had a coffee!!...and I used the toilet!!...but here you can taste the typical dishes alpine!!...of South Tyrolean cuisine!!...and homemade desserts!!...with kind and helpful staff!!...here we are at 1,800 meters above sea level!!...and you can only find peace and tranquility!!...and a fabulous view!!...a splendid panoramic view!!...you find yourself surrounded by mountains!!...and many valleys!!...there are plenty of places to sit outdoors too!!...but when I passed!!...unfortunately it was raining!!...so I sat at a table inside!!...what can I say!!...a good point of reference!!...on Monte San Vigilio!!...it's Family-Alm Gampl!!...easily reachable also by cable car!!...and then with the single-seater chairlift!!...but also on foot!!...a nice excursion!!...

13/06/2025: We had an amazing experience. The staff was really welcoming and was focused on guest wellbeing. The room we had was really spacious with a nice balcony. The only small negative part is that the hotel is right next to a main road, which has great bus access, but is loud sometimes. The food was amazing and we would always come back. Big thank you!

14/06/2025: A perfect stop at the Lüsner Alm with the best view. Friendly service, good food, and the best cappuccino I've had in ages. It's a lovely place to linger. We've been there on every hike!

05/03/2025: The terrace on the street side is more sheltered from the wind and, being close to the wall of the hut, the winter sun warms it pleasantly. The interiors are also welcoming and typical, making the dining experience pleasant both indoors and outdoors. Coffee: 3.00 euros Tea with milk: 3.00 euros Kaiserschmarren: 13.50 euros, a nice portion (see photo)

16/09/2024: We were looking forward to it. But it was closed. (September 14th) Didn't look like it would be reopening anytime soon either.

15/08/2024: Super nice (old) Alm, with the best fried potatoes. Top service 👍. The Alm is located in a beautiful valley, surrounded by high mountains just before the ice farms. A steady climb of 300 m in a sunny location is a little more demanding but doable.

25/10/2024: Even in late October, it was still wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the delicious Tris dumplings, freshly made by ourselves. We were warmly and very friendly, served in beautiful South Tyrolean attire, and enjoyed them. We had a lovely chat about the valley and finished off with a small, very fine schnapps. Simply amazing! Definitely worth a visit and planning a visit!

08/06/2025: Beautifully decorated, both inside and out. I ordered food with little expectation and was pleasantly surprised! Great food, well-seasoned, and a generous portion! I'd gladly go back!

26/03/2025: Had a delicious lunch. For the main course, vegetarian potato pockets and ravioli. Very fine, very tasty!😋 very friendly staff, wonderful sun terrace😎

27/05/2025: Excellent meal here. And the one and only waitress was amazing, caring for all the customers. We had the fish and potato purer and the asparagus and salmon risotto. A fresh salad and gelato and hot raspberries. Beautiful subtle flavours. Highly recommend.

23/03/2025: The food was quite tasty. The problem was the portion size; Unfortunately this was really very small. We didn't really get full, and for about twenty euros per portion it was a bit annoying. The ambience was very nice and the service was friendly. We still wouldn't come back because, apart from the taste, my main concern when it comes to eating is that I really get a complete meal. I can only advise against a visit.

09/04/2025: A quiet place, a bit out of the way. Sunny terrace with a beautiful view. Delicious food. Exit from the black route, children say no to idiots :). We recommend it, even Robert managed it 😁

08/04/2025: The hut is a stopping point both for skiers from the Carezza area and for those who want to take a simple but evocative walk in the snow starting from Passo Nigra. With the end of the ski season the hut closes and reopens in mid-May. In April we therefore found it closed, but perhaps it was for the best, because we enjoyed the splendid panorama surrounding the hut, in perfect solitude!

25/05/2025: We've been ordering our pizza exclusively from Pizza Point for years because it's the best pizzeria in the area! The pizza tastes delicious every time, even when it's delivered, and the staff are extremely friendly!

25/06/2025: A very friendly welcome, we were shown around the hotel, and everything was explained. At first glance, we didn't think the hotel's location was that great – more like it was at the end of the world – but you have to go up to the roof terrace first! A fantastically beautiful area! And the beautiful hotel park! The entire building is tastefully decorated, everything is clean and bright. We even had two windows in the bathroom, and the toilet also had a large window. Our room was really large, with a spacious entrance area with a coat rack, shelves, and a longer corridor to the room itself. However, the wardrobe could have been larger or different; there were no additional shelves, just rods for hanging things. The wellness area is very nice, and the newly opened Sky Spa is truly a success. As in any hotel – if everyone didn't reserve a lounger unnecessarily, there would be enough space for everyone. But don't get upset. The dining room is well laid out; we were lucky and were in a very small, separate area, so it was quiet and relaxing while eating. The food itself – The selection of salads/antipasti could be a bit more extensive; in some cases, the salad bowls were almost empty shortly after 7 p.m. But we certainly didn't go hungry :-) We really enjoyed the food. We found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I mean all areas, not just the restaurant. All in all, we spent a wonderful Easter holiday here. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience and are sure we will return.
