22/07/2025: Una opción asequible con excelente comida y vistas increíbles en Ortesei - una trampa turística en todas partes con turistas ricos extranjeros locos gastando precios locos en toda la comida. ¡Comimos por 50 euros -sangrado de cordón, carbonara y litro de vino de la casa- con fabulosas vistas en Ortesei! Volveremos - las pizzas se ven increíbles.

22/07/2025: A due passi dal Duomo di Ortisei, questo locale arredatoin stile montanaro, con una bella terrazza esterna, offre piatti della tradizione locale ben cucinati, a prezzi nella media della zona. Servizio rapido e cortese. Kaiserschmarren fantastico!

17/07/2025: Our favorite hotel. We've stayed at the Hotel Santer many times now and will definitely return. Everyone at the hotel is super nice. The wellness area is a dream, and the food is incredibly good. The breakfast is also top-notch.

15/03/2025: The hotel is located about 30 meters from the ski slope, its location makes it very good. If you expect 3 stars, the hotel will pleasantly surprise you, if there were 4 stars, it would be standard. The services were at a high level, breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs and omelette at breakfast for an additional charge of €3), but the choice was varied, but it did not change at all during our week's stay. Dinners were served, always several courses, always very tasty food. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor (we were on the third), but that was not a problem for us. Wifi worked very well, but it did not reach the room further away from the room. The hotel has a gym, saunas and a relaxation area as well as two swimming pools (the larger one is colder, the smaller one with a whirlpool) and a paddling pool.

21/02/2025: The hotel is very nicely located. Right on the ski slopes. Rooms very good, food fantastic and the staff just great. I have a food allergy to protein from 🐟 fish. No problems at all. I was immediately given something else for dinner. Dinner always consists of 5 courses, where you can choose the starter and the main course. Conclusion, a really great hotel with really great staff. Thank you!!!

29/06/2025: Excellent service, but the food had a lot to desire for that price and service level. The non freshly made pasta was under cooked and the meat was chewy.

20/06/2025: Excellent food and service for realistic price! Highly recommend to have dinner there. One of my all time favorites! From now on every visit of Bozen will be accompanied by a dinner there!

26/07/2025: Ottimo locale. Arredamento classico molto bello, spazi comodi dentro e fuori sul giardino (con interessante area giochi per occupare i bimbi). Menù classico con pochi piatti ma tutti tipici (indice di freschezza della materia prima). Porzioni sicuramente abbondanti e quindi anche da condividere. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, specie la titolare. Prezzi decisamente ottimi, specie se confrontati con altri locali della zona. Sicuramente tornerò!!

07/05/2025: Historic inn with traditional offerings. The environment is very comfortable and is furnished like a classic cabin, thus harmonizing with the dishes offered. Excellent value for money. Even simple food still brings an intense flavor boost. A place worth mentioning if you are in the area.

08/08/2025: The rooms are very nice, the view is great and the food delicious. Overall, however, everything is uncoordinated and you can really feel this as a guest. The dinner selection didn't work out - we were asked three times. We had requested a birthday table, but despite two reminders, this still didn't happen. Drinks were served very slowly and when a drink was empty, no one asked about it. The afternoon buffet only had small cakes which were empty after 30 minutes and were only refilled after we reminded them. The website advertises a wine experience, but the service was incompetent despite repeated inquiries. Toilet paper was not refilled and there was no service at the pool.

05/08/2025: Excellent hotel and services. Wonderful structure, as are their culinary events. Excellent choice, I recommend it.

31/07/2025: Wonderful hotel, nestled in the midst of breathtaking mountains, among the most beautiful in the world. The walks are fun, strenuous, or relaxing. Extremely courteous and prompt staff, especially the wonderful Alessandra, who is both beautiful and incredibly fast. It was a pleasure to be served by her. Highly recommended.

24/06/2025: A wonderful farm to relax on. The view is breathtaking. One thing to keep in mind: It takes 20 minutes by car from the bottom to the farm. A wonderful place to stay, one you won't forget.

23/06/2025: While traveling through with my dog, we spent two very restful nights at the Kornkammer. A wonderful location, a very friendly and welcoming host family, and excellent food. Wonderful peace and quiet included. Highly recommended. 👍🏽🫶🏽

10/08/2025: A restaurant I haven't experienced in a long time. We went there spontaneously on a Friday evening with two people. All the seats were taken, but the waiter asked us if we wanted to wait at the bar, as a table would be available soon. We only had one drink at the bar before we were escorted to our table. The food arrived quickly; it was inspiring, authentic Italian/Tyrolean cuisine, and the price was absolutely reasonable. The service was very attentive and professional. I definitely recommend it.

09/08/2025: Nice restaurant on the busy pedestrian zone. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and mid-priced. The pasta portions (we had spaghetti carbonara) are manageable, while the pizzas are a real challenge even for experienced eaters. 😁 The gourmet pizzas are a bit more expensive, but not your average meal. The pizza la Montanara with ham and Kaminwurz (smoked sausage) on a mushroom sauce is very well seasoned and requires plenty of liquid during and after the meal. The only downside is the €2 caperto per guest, which can, of course, be included in the tip. Oh, and sharp knives would be nice next time... 😉

20/07/2025: We dined at Panorama thanks to our hotel's special offer. Five evenings, five different menus were offered by the chef. We especially enjoyed the local dishes. They offered us the option of choosing dishes from the menu, paying the difference, of course. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and the entire staff was truly friendly.
