16/06/2025: After a break of several years in South Tyrol, we returned to Gstör (Palmengarten) because we always enjoyed it. The prices were okay. But...it felt like time had stood still, just because of the decor in the Palmengarten. Sitting at the tables is still incredibly uncomfortable because the table is always in the way. The food...the burger was okay. The cream schnitzel was much too thin for a pork schnitzel, resembling a minute steak, with zero flavor. Simply dry and tough. The fries and cream sauce were great. The salad was basic. Literally. The dressing could have been better, both in terms of quantity and flavor. Since I left 70% of the schnitzel unfinished, they probably didn't ask if we enjoyed it. I would have preferred to pay more and leave satisfied. We won't be coming again.

12/06/2025: We didn't eat at the hotel, but ate at the Palmengarten. The ambiance was fantastic, the food was delicious 😋, and the service was very good. We had a lovely evening 👍🏻

02/06/2025: If you like a little luxury, this is the place for you. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Service and staff are friendly and competent. Restroom facilities are impeccable and of high quality.

01/06/2025: We were cycling in the area and had to go to the toilet. Asked at the reception if we could use the toilet. This was not allowed because they are not insured if something happens in the toilet. Very bad this.

29/05/2025: The best dumplings in all of Bolzano! I ate there twice during my vacation in May, and I'm a repeat customer. We were in Bolzano for the first time in 2022, and we were already impressed. Very friendly and attentive staff, unbeatably delicious food, and a great atmosphere, especially at the outdoor seating in the arcade. We'll definitely be back!

17/06/2025: A perfect stay in Bolzano at the Magdalenerhof, nestled in the vineyards. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms, pool, garden, and breakfast terrace are a dream. Lovingly furnished with a view and meticulous attention to detail. The hotel restaurant is outstanding! The staff is very accommodating and greets everyone with a smile. There is plenty of free parking for every guest. Thank you very much – we will be back.

03/05/2025: Typical Ladin restaurant; atmosphere a bit like grandma's house but with very good and plentiful dishes. Fixed menu upon reservation at a cost of €32 per person with the following courses: - barley soup starter accompanied by a pancake filled with spinach; - two types of ravioli (ricotta and spinach / potatoes) accompanied by choice with parmesan and/or sweet poppy seeds (fantastic!) - baked shank with potatoes and sauerkraut; - mixed sweet pancakes with homemade jam (apple and red fruits); - strudel with filo pastry and whipped cream; - coffee killer offered by the house; Separately we had two glasses of wine at a cost of €4 each. Advised!

17/04/2025: Cozy place, wonderful service, and the Tirtlans that Mrs. Francisca makes are delicious and fresh. It's an excellent place to meet up with friends and have an aperitif! 🥰❣️

18/05/2025: A hotel with character! The Parkhotel Holzner in Oberbozen impresses with its stylish atmosphere and outstanding service. The staff at reception, during breakfast, and during dinner are friendly, competent, and attentive. Particularly noteworthy is the creative cocktail selection at the bar, featuring high-quality Italian products. A stay that will remain a lasting memory.

20/05/2025: We happened to be there by chance last year during the inauguration and the impression was excellent, we returned this year, we ate a very good pizza, well stocked, the staff was kind and the prices were honest, we will definitely return. well done well done

07/05/2025: Historic inn with traditional offerings. The environment is very comfortable and is furnished like a classic cabin, thus harmonizing with the dishes offered. Excellent value for money. Even simple food still brings an intense flavor boost. A place worth mentioning if you are in the area.

09/06/2025: Nice cafe near the center of Bolzano. A short walk to the Bolzano Mitte parking garage. Perfect for a quick stopover.

22/06/2025: June 2025 Cute little café. We ate a small gluten-free cake there, which was very tasty, not too sweet 😋 It's worth mentioning that the gluten-free cake was covered separately at the counter next to the other cakes. The two espressos were also delicious.

16/05/2025: Purtroppo ho avuto un esperienza non positiva . Il giorno della comunione mi hanno sbagliato la torta ,non nella forma ma nel colore per un automatismo e una poca elasticità nel modificare i gusti . Hanno dimenticato di scrivere sulla comanda e non hanno fatto niente per riparare all errore nonostante abbiano riferito cosa volevamo e come era andato l ordine. Se non si riesce a gestire la mole di ordini dovuto al giorno particolare tra torte di comunione e torte per la festa della mamma ...forse sarebbe meglio rivedere il modo di lavorare . Non ho foto della torta perché era di cioccolato scuro e non bianco come doveva essere. Molto amareggiata e delusa .....poco professionale e poco flessibili e molta poca disponibilità. Consiglio di farsi dare sempre una copia dell ordine onde evitare che la responsabilità cada sul cliente.

02/06/2025: There's not much blooming in the exhibition at the moment! Otherwise, it's beautifully done.

02/06/2025: €12 admission – far too expensive for an exhibition where hardly anything is in bloom and many plants are in poor condition. Even the selection of orchids for sale isn't extensive. Your local garden center has a much larger selection. Our impression was that it's more of an indoor playground for families who don't know what to do in bad weather. Even without an admission charge, it wouldn't be worth another visit for me.
