04/04/2024: Discovered this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Both the food and the welcome were excellent! Advised!

26/03/2024: Excellent place in the center of Foligno, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from Porta Romana. The menu varies from day to day based on seasonal raw materials. We had dinner for two and had as starters the veal steak with stracciatella, tzatziki sauce, Campari tomato and baked egg on erustengo cream and black truffle. As a first course we chose the ravioli with ciauscolo, pecorino, Sagrantino reduction, rhubarb, black truffle and the pici with cheese and pepper and fine truffle. Finally, for dessert we had pear ice cream with Sagrantino reduction and a chocolate cake with Chantilly cream and salted caramel. All the dishes were extremely good, with a refined taste and excellently combined ingredients. I found all the dishes we had to be delicious. I also underline the wide possibility of choice from the wine list. Excellent quality/price ratio. Absolutely recommended for those who want to eat excellent local food in a comfortable environment with ingredients carefully paired together.
