We spent the weekend of May 1st in Umbria, and encouraged by our son, who watches Giorgione on TV, we dined there on two evenings. Excellent quality, a generous appetizer buffet, a truly generous set menu, and everything was delicious! Giorgione is truly friendly; he stopped by to take photos with everyone at the table and chatted with everyone, especially the kids! What more can I say? A perfect weekend in a wonderful region.

The legendary Barchiesi family's restaurant...need I say more? A fabulous place, the food is divine and the price is reasonable...Giorgione is a legend!!!

I left Cisterna di Latina for lunch at Villa Selva da Giorgione. It was a wonderful experience, a motorcycle trip out of town, lovely views, and a delicious meal. The fixed-price menu, starting at €40 per person (drinks excluded), includes an impressively varied buffet of appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, a trio of desserts, coffee, and a liqueur. The wine list offers a good selection at reasonable prices. The food is seasonal, of good quality and quantity, and uniquely prepared. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The location is enchanting, and the service excellent.

Beautiful experience, Maria, Giorgione's daughter, is professional and very kind!! The service was impeccable, the buffet exceptional, the first and second courses excellent!! The dessert was also good, thank you for the lovely lunch!!! I highly recommend it!!

Stunning location in the Umbrian countryside, everything was meticulously maintained and beautifully maintained.
The staff were extremely friendly, and the service was excellent.
The food was excellent overall, I'd give it an 8 out of 10. The portions were impressive, and the appetizer buffet was beautiful and well-presented.

I only went for lunch; I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms.
Price-fixe menu for €40. A generous buffet of appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, two side dishes, and three desserts.
Masterful cuisine. A paradise for the palate. Definitely recommended!
The best place I've ever eaten.

As Giorgione told us, the appetizer is a buffet. When you don't want any more, just let me know and we'll start with the first courses. Keep quiet and eat whatever you get, making sure you don't leave anything left! 🤣
We did well with the appetizer buffet and didn't overdo it (two rounds of a full plate, the boiled tongue was amazing). We enjoyed the first courses, the second courses, and the trio of desserts. We were full and happy. Their food is very simple but incredibly delicious.

Had dinner on Saturday, March 21st with friends.
Giorgione and his sons welcomed us with wonderful warmth. The service and menu were much appreciated, as was the delicious breakfast in the morning! Everything was delicious and plentiful. The overnight stay...what more can I say? The rooms at Grutti Castle...wonderful. Thanks and applause to the affable Giorgione and all the staff, with the promise of returning. Well done!

We had dinner with family and friends... nothing special... but we expected it. The big disappointment was the pasta, overcooked... both courses. And then a second course... a mini porchetta sandwich, an olive oil sandwich... let's just say that overall I wouldn't go back. It was an experience given Mr. Giorgione's popularity, but there are definitely places where the food is much better.
