Welcoming and clean place. Friendly staff. Excellent soups!

We each tried two half-portions of soup so we could try different types. All were excellent! For dessert, we had the Roccetti with Passito wine, which were also delicious. The staff was very kind; we were really happy! We really liked the fact that it was a restaurant that specialized in soups 😊

We trusted the reviews, which were fully confirmed. A very nice and welcoming place. The soups, cream soups, and delicious desserts. The owner, Mr. Matteo, is a friendly, exquisite, and professional person, whom we thank for the wonderful evenings spent at his place!!!

We returned as tourists, after about two years, remembering an excellent dinner and a very welcoming place. I can confirm everything: we were welcomed and served with such warmth and excellent food, so much so that we returned the next evening.

I'm writing this review because this place truly deserves it. The owner is incredibly kind, which is not to be taken for granted, the food is excellent, and the place is very well-maintained. Kudos to Matteo for what he's created and how he's continuing it; he perfectly embodies what a good host and entrepreneur should be.

I wanted to eat a local soup before concluding my trip to Umbria, and I found the perfect place. The menu consists of 6-8 soups (they change frequently) and desserts, and you can get a second helping of soups for 11 euros (otherwise, a soup costs between 8 and 10 euros), which is two small portions (so a generous portion in total). They offer soups primarily made with legumes and fish, with options for vegans (a few), vegetarians, and those who prefer meat or fish. They serve them with bruschetta with olive oil and crostini with olive oil (the olive oil is truly delicious). The place is very cute (it's just a shame there aren't any outdoor tables), and the service is attentive and courteous.

A wonderful experience! Very good, high-quality food, with products sourced from local farms. The menu was carefully curated and varied daily. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available for a chat. I'm sorry I'm not from Umbria, because I'd love to return often.

The name says it all! This place specializes exclusively (I want to emphasize this) in soups, with no other dishes except dessert. The soups change daily, which shows they always use fresh ingredients. You can check the website. I went for lunch; it was easy to find a table, but it's always best to reserve. I had beans and pork rind... incredible! I'll definitely be back!
