The food was delicious! The chef and owner is very friendly and gave us a complimentary appetizer he had prepared especially for us. There were five of us, and all the dishes were very tasty. Plus, everyone was very attentive.

Cucine 83, excellent for the quality of its fish.
I was in the area for work and, as a guest of a well-known local entrepreneur, I discovered this beautiful restaurant just steps from Assisi.
The restaurant has just the right number of seats to maintain high quality both in service and products. It's very elegant and meticulously maintained.
I appreciated the waitress's friendliness and professionalism, as well as the waiter's politeness and composure.
As for the fish, I was very pleased with the raw fish and risottos. I can say that the quality and freshness of the fish really shines through.
Keep up the good work, see you next time.

A truly charming place, with a vast selection of dishes, entrees, and wines of all kinds. A wonderful discovery in Santa Maria degli Angeli, a hamlet of Assisi. I was absolutely blown away by the dishes I tasted. Definitely worth returning once I've tried it.

Dinner on Thursday, May 7. Perfect evening!!! Even though the place was packed, we ate divinely!! A slew of appetizers, from the freshest raw fish to the cooked ones, all delicious!! Not to mention the mussels, delicious!! Plump, tasty, very fresh!! What can I say? Endrio and his staff are a guarantee, congratulations! Then the grilled fish and an excellent mixed fried fish enhanced the dinner even more. To finish, the "gelatini" (ice creams) are delicious and of high quality!!! Delicious flavors, everything top!

I visited Cousine 83 this Sunday, and as a seafood lover, I was pleasantly surprised. The raw fish tasting appetizer was generous, with delicate yet sophisticated flavors and the fish was incredibly fresh. The paccheri were sensational, and the lobster was equally as good. All this was complemented by a welcoming atmosphere and extremely friendly staff, with more than fair prices for the quality they offer. Highly recommended!

This small, friendly restaurant, somewhat off the beaten path but not too far from the tourist center, offers many exceptional seafood and fish dishes.
The extensive wine list includes not only Italian wines but also some from other countries, such as Chablis, Meursault, and Sancerre, to name just a few.
The raw shellfish and crustaceans were particularly noteworthy, but the fried seafood, a warm salad, and the pasta with fish were also very good.
Unfortunately, after that, we weren't able to try anything from the long list of desserts. What had caught my eye earlier was an Île flottante ("floating island," a French dessert of meringue balls and warm vanilla sauce), but that would have been impossible after so many fish dishes.
However, I would like to mention two things that I didn't like so much:
- Before the meal, bread, olive oil, pepper, and salt were served, but no plates were provided.
- There was no suitable cutlery for the platter of raw seafood. Upon request, we were brought lobster forks, but no claws, nutcrackers, or anything similar.
Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and feel the five-star rating is justified.

Close to excellence, without a doubt, and… absolutely deserved!
A total culinary experience, a true dive into the sea… while remaining far from the shore. Not just for the taste: for the eyes, for the nose… for the very sensation of the sea exploding in every bite.
The staff? Discreet and knowledgeable leaders, who expertly guided us through the wines and dishes, given our hesitation, like a perfectly orchestrated tasting. From the raw fish platter, to the trio of tartare, from the tuna carpaccio to the shrimp in pink sauce, to the risotto, to the Sardinian fregola with seafood and the amazing octopus… every dish told a story, every flavor a declaration of quality.
Cuisine83 is an immersion in taste, where tradition meets creativity and the sea arrives directly on the palate.
And us? Lost between emotion and delight, already ready to return… because certain experiences are never forgotten.

Birthday dinner.
Upon arrival, the assigned table wasn't to our liking, and they kindly changed it.
We were recommended a generous selection of raw appetizers (which only I ate), both cold and hot.
Each one was better than the last. Beautifully presented and of excellent quality.
Then, paccheri with lobster, superb!!!!
They then brought us frozen fruit, unique and delicious, and a sweet chocolate cake 🍫 with a beautiful candle.
To finish, a variety of digestive liqueurs.
We ate wonderfully!!!
Everything was excellent: food, service, and the bill.
