Incredible experience.. I visit restaurants even 3 a week.. and now May 1st this is the best of the year and among my all-time favorites.. I ate taglioni with artichokes and very light bacon with spicy tomato, exceptional... then a delicious fillet, almost too abundant... accompanied by a radicchio seasoned with anchovy paste... wonderful.. grand finale with Cavaliere's dessert... absolute goodness.. all with attentive, fast, kind and professional service.. I'll be back!! Well done

A truly high-quality dinner, from the welcome to the service, and especially the food. You can sense the love for their work. A varied menu featuring quality ingredients, including local products and some excellent foreign ones. The restaurant is located in the historic center of Foligno and consists of a series of small rooms, each with a few well-spaced tables, where you can converse and, more importantly, listen to each other without having to raise your voice. The staff is highly trained, extremely kind, and attentive. The price is absolutely fair. The wine list is "enormous." Congratulations

16/05/2026: Truly everything was delicious: the appetizer tasting, the pigeon, and the bergamot and chamomile dessert!
12/05/2026: This was such a wonderful experience, we returned twice! The food was inventive and delicious. Combined with a lovely view of the piazza and a super attentive and kind group of people helping make your meal memorable. It was one of our favorite dinners in Montefalco and would definitely return. Do make a reservation and you’ll be treated like a member of the family.
