Excellent dishes, great combinations, beautiful ambience

A truly top-notch restaurant. The service was truly excellent, everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Once the order was taken, the food was also very fast and excellent. I can only praise it. Excellent value for money, too.

The location and the location are very nice.

We ate here twice in 10 days. The first time (we chose the same meat dish) we found it better than the second time; very little sauce and lower quality meat. Different chef perhaps? The charcuterie and cheese platter was very good. It was a pity that the waiter who came to serve something had just been smoking and brought a whiff of cigarette smoke to the table. Nice place, nice surroundings, and they all speak reasonably good English.

We were celebrating a birthday. We had an appetizer with only prosciutto crudo: exceptional, it melted in your mouth, and the perfect sweet-savory mix, just like Norcia prosciutto. Two of us chose the seafood menu, and I tried the roasted octopus on a potato cream with basil: a delight. For my first course, I asked for tagliatelle with white Chianina beef ragù: delicious! The others enjoyed the risotto with asparagus and grated egg; one of us chose the paccheri with monkfish, exceptional! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, a dish not lacking in meat; The swordfish was perhaps a little salty. Roast pigeon: excellent!! We chose a red wine from the Placidi winery, which paired well with the meat dishes and risotto. The mille-feuille cake with pieces of fresh fruit in the middle was exceptional; despite the generous portions, no one felt heavy.

We went there twice for two consecutive nights because we loved it so much. The location is one of the most beautiful we've ever seen, the food is delicious, and the service is impeccable.

It's always a pleasure to be a guest at this splendid restaurant. The atmosphere and service are far above average, with a reinterpretation of Umbrian tradition and seafood. The wine list is adequate, as is the quality/price ratio.
