Everything is good but the service leaves something to be desired, between one dish and another an hour and on top of that everything is in installments, 5 stars for the food, good atmosphere, service without stars

Sometimes good food doesn't meet adequate service, or vice versa; both are present here!
Excellent food expertly complemented by the highly professional dining room service.
The real highlight is Francesco, Rita, and Daniela...excellent in every way.
Last but not least, the wine list is in keeping with their specialties.
Let's also remember where the magic comes from: the kitchen: the chef and his staff are superb.
What can we say, after visiting the Porziuncola, directly from Casa Norcia?

A fantastic restaurant, where you can savor all the authentic flavors of Umbrian cuisine. Splendid hams, cured meats, and cheeses. Exceptional first courses and flavorful meats. I returned after three years and found it even better. Highly recommended...also for the location and the service.

The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the staff is highly knowledgeable and ready to offer advice and accommodate customer requests. The ingredients are top-quality and the dishes are prepared exceptionally well. I highly recommend it.

I waited until we got back from our trip to Italy to confirm that this was by far the best food we had throughout the whole trip. The taglieri was so tasteful including prosciutto from their own butcher. The pasta and sauces were just outstanding. Very cozy place and logically crowded which brings great atmosphere. Will definitely go back when back in the area.

Fast service, we both had a generous wild platter (very high quality cold cuts) served with torta al testo, roast potatoes and sautéed vegetables... everything was delicious, the staff were courteous and attentive to our needs... I highly recommend it.
