We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and had a great time. The atmosphere is familiar and refined, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The dishes on the menu also amazed us with the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail, with noteworthy suggestions and combinations. Great professionalism and customer service, a refined and intimate atmosphere... and excellent food! The apple tart with vanilla ice cream is highly recommended (and the friendly conversation with the owner is a bonus). Here, you feel more like guests than customers. :)

Always a delightful experience; gourmet dishes at the right price, and Ernesto is a great restaurateur and hospitality professional. Unfortunately, I live far away, but every time I get back to Umbria, Perbacco is a must-visit!
