18/05/2026: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the tripe was truly excellent. Unfortunately, the rabbit in porchetta was probably the worst I've had among the Umbrian restaurants I've tried on this trip, and there are now more than half a dozen.
It's a shame, because the place has a pleasant atmosphere and the service was friendly, but overall the experience was too inconsistent to give a higher rating. For this reason, I can only give it three stars.

05/05/2026: The atmosphere is refined but has managed to maintain that rustic touch that I love so much. The food is truly delicious. The ingredients are excellent. Olive oil and truffles are so much, so much! The fettuccine with goose ragù is spectacular. The cheese selection is very good. The service is friendly, but average. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food.

07/01/2026: The space is spacious and clean. Despite the fire, there's absolutely no smell, which isn't a given.
The service is exceptionally polite and fast.
The meat is excellent.
The platters are delicious.
We were able to enjoy lunch with my furry friends, and we weren't the only ones.
Despite this, I repeat, everything is very clean.

04/01/2026: We had dinner at this lovely restaurant and had a great time. The pizzas were good and the meat was excellent.
The staff was friendly, and despite the restaurant being busy, they were attentive and helpful. I recommend it to everyone!!

17/05/2026: We've been traveling around Umbria for years, and this is the best restaurant for quality and taste. The staff is carefully selected and knowledgeable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Typical Umbrian specialties, both food and drink.
Fresh handmade pasta, meat, wines selected with care and passion—nothing is left to chance.
Sebastiano and his team are exceptionally hardworking.
A must-try (and re-try)!

Greats service, a nice atmosphere and simple, local dishes cooked with great quality, fresh (the morning’s ricotta!), local ingredients Prosciutto and pecorino, fresh ricotta with honey and mint, cannelloni cacio e pepe and grilled sausage were all beautifully done and utterly delicious. Very reasonable prices, especially given the quality.
24/05/2026: We stopped for lunch and had a lovely meal in a charming atmosphere. It only had about 20 seats. It wasn't fancy in the least, but that was a big part of its charm. My husband had a bruschetta with roasted figs, carmalized onions and salami. He raved about it. I tasted it and wished I had ordered it! I had the gricia pasta dish with mushrooms and guanciale. It was delicious. The woman that waited on us was really friendly and easy-going. We really liked this place a lot.

A classic Umbrian farmhouse.
The restaurant is also open to outsiders.
The food is excellent. Traditional Norcia dishes.

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience. I came here with my wife as a wedding gift from some friends. I had a wonderful time, and the service was impeccable. The private spa is a gem, and the indoor and outdoor pools are the icing on the cake. The dinner was very good, especially the meat (one of the best I've ever had). The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and varied. The entire staff was super welcoming and professional.
25/05/2026: The location is easy to reach, nestled in greenery with a wonderful view of the lake. The room is huge, clean, and very quiet. The spa is beautiful. The on-site restaurant offers a vast menu and a well-stocked wine list. We dined there two nights and every dish was delicious.
The outdoor pool is set in a large green area, ensuring peace and relaxation. Finally, the parking lot is ample, with shaded spots and electric car charging facilities.

19/04/2026: We trusted Michele, the waiter who served us. He recommended the main dishes, and we didn't regret it. Mopping up the bread was a must—everything was delicious!
