The welcome was kind and knowledgeable. We sampled the four oils arranged on the table, the saffron gnocchi in a white rabbit sauce, and the cantucci biscuits + vinsantini with vinsanto. Excellent local wine. Superb place.

We were only able to appreciate the restaurant: a fantastic experience of flavors and sensations, with friendly and attentive staff, who, in a family-friendly atmosphere with a perfect regionalist style, managed to evoke profound emotions.
The black Berkel slicer with gold trim is stunning.

A restaurant with top-notch hospitality and meticulously prepared Umbrian cuisine that never disappoints, from hand-sliced prosciutto to homemade pasta, to the traditional zuppa inglese with torcolo. Not to mention the wine cellar. It's always a pleasure to return, even to peek into the cave again...

I visited the Masolino restaurant and was thrilled. I started with tagliatelle with artichokes and guanciale, which were simply spectacular: perfectly balanced flavors, homemade pasta, and a taste that truly reflects Umbrian tradition.
For my second course, I chose guinea fowl... and here it takes things to the next level: impeccably cooked, tender meat, and intense flavor. Truly top-notch in every way.
The welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and location make everything even more special.
I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We came to the restaurant.
An elegant place in the center of Panicale. The dining room is in an old building, made of exposed brick, with another, even older dining room downstairs.
Excellent wine selection and spectacular food. We had prosciutto crudo al taglio, pappa al pomodoro with burrata, artichokes with soufflé, and a braised beef in Sangiovese.
Everything was delicious.
The waiters were kind and helpful. The price reflects the place's pedigree and the quality of the dishes.

A very characteristic restaurant with a daily menu featuring seasonal ingredients (the white truffle and tiramisu with biscotti and vinsanto are truly remarkable).
The staff are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Truly a place worth a visit.
