We ate here on Easter Monday and although the place was fully booked, the service was excellent. Quality food and special dishes although containing local and traditional products. Excellent wine list.

Excellent restaurant family-run for three generations, all present in the dining room! Ancient place in the historic center of Panicale, finely renovated and with a slightly retro charm. The wine cellar offers a vast and quality choice, and we cannot forget the proposal of tastings of the best olive oils of the Umbrian territory, available to customers at every table. The cuisine offers traditional dishes, taking into account seasonality. Personally, I think it is a quality restaurant, with welcoming staff, and one I am always happy to return to.

We found this restaurant doing a Google search during a trip out with friends. We had a really good time! Welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff, excellent product quality and delicious dishes. We promised ourselves that we will return when we are in Umbria again, in the meantime I will let the memory of the umbrichelli carbonara with truffle suffice!

Warm and smiling welcome, lovely and well-kept place, excellent and high-quality food. Perfect cellar. Only one flaw: a flambé cream that ran out too quickly!!!! Congratulations to everyone.

We discovered this place by chance, trusting the Google rating, I must say that it wasn't wrong. We had lunch with 9 people and each one left more than satisfied. Perfect service, welcoming, really knowledgeable and friendly staff. We took some typical appetizers, a first course each, tasted all the types of oil offered on the table by default and some second courses. All the dishes were truly worth a lot (the carbonara with truffle is recommended) Even the "house" wine, a really good Trevignano DOC at a more than honest price (€14 per bottle) We spent a weekend in Umbria discovering different villages and restaurants but this will certainly remain one of the most pleasant to remember and try again.

I stumbled upon the charming town of Panicale while planning my daughters wedding in Umbria . We were looking for a small boutique hotel for our guests to stay not too far from the venue . After meeting Luca and having a delicious lunch at Masolino I knew this was the place . Together with Luca, Annalisa, & Andrea we planned an amazing welcome dinner and day after brunch . I can not express enough what an amazing job they did . The flowers , candles , the display , beyond words ! It was such a beautiful setting in their cave room and Luca even arranged to have a singer & guitarist for the party . The food is just incredible and the wine selection the best ! There is just such a charm about this tiny town and this family run restaurant is just so special . The charming boutique hotel is a 5 minute walk and Tamara & Claudia were so helpful with arranging rooms for our guests . Luca , you really are the best ! And of course Nonna ! We will always treasure our memories with everyone at Masolino and plan on visiting again & again ! If you are touring Umbria, Masolino is a must !!

Bellissima location nel bel centro storico di Panicale, personale e locale molto caldo e accogliente, il cibo semplicemente da estàsi culinaria tutti i piatti straordinari, il sagrantino che ci hanno consigliato indimenticabile che dire un pranzo che resterà a lungo nei nostri cuori…..bravi

Locale molto carino piatti ben preparati Alla fine della serata è passata mamma (chef) tra i tavoli per assicurarsi che tutto era andato bene, cosa moto gradita. Prezzo un po’ alto
