A favorite spot in the center of Città di Castello, in a charming little square. Greg's house specialty, Carbonara, is always a guarantee of the highest quality! The tartare and duck are excellent, and equally delicious. For those who enjoy it, amatriciana is also excellent. Reservations required. Suitable for groups of up to 5 people to ensure the highest quality service!

I went to this place with some friends, it was recommended to me by a local colleague. Their kindness is a real calling card. We hadn't booked, and it was Saturday night at 8:30 PM, and there was room, so we took advantage of the opportunity to try this famous carbonara from Città di Castello. I have to say it was excellent, truly worth it, and the cutlet was also delicious and really tender. I highly recommend it.
