This is definitely one of them. ❤️ Our experience began with a wonderful truffle tasting, where every dish won us over with its quality, care, and passion. It was all accompanied by an amazing red wine, which made the evening even more special. But what struck us most was the attention to guests—the true kind, made up of small gestures that make a difference. The suite was simply fantastic: spacious, beautiful, and meticulously maintained. We found everything we could wish for, from fresh water to every bathroom essential, but above all, impeccable cleanliness, which was truly important to us. A heartfelt thank you to Beatrice and Michele, wonderful people, always smiling, friendly, and impeccable in their service. And then there's Niccolò, a truly special person. ❤️ He didn't just act as the host: he spontaneously offered to pick us up from the parking lot in his car, welcomed us with rare kindness, and led us into his world, passionately sharing the history of his dishes and his restaurant. And that's exactly what won us over: his passion, authenticity, and desire to make people feel good. You can sense that behind every dish, every detail, and every gesture, there's a lot of work, but above all, a lot of heart. We left with the wonderful feeling of having found not just a place to eat well and stay, but a place where we felt truly welcomed and pampered. Quality, elegance, and service, all perfect for a magical dinner for two.

Exceptional hospitality, with attention to intolerances and allergies (we dropped in without a reservation, and they handled my dietary restrictions with extreme professionalism). Quick service, tasty and plentiful dishes, little treats at the entrée and à la île, and very interesting reinterpretations of Umbrian tradition.

A sublime experience, especially for truffle lovers. The high price is entirely justified by the elegance and deliciousness of the dishes and the professionalism of the staff. You can spend less by trying fewer dishes, but the menu encourages you to try as many as possible. I'll definitely be back.
