28/12/2025: Every time I come to Bolzano, Thaler is always a marvel. The beauty of this place captivates you, as do the fragrances. The staff is always kind and helpful, even when I haven't bought anything, they always make me feel welcome. The bar is also wonderful. I haven't been to the restaurant yet, but it will definitely be my next experience. Highly recommended.
07/12/2025: Every time I try to enter, they reiterate that it's a store with assisted sales only if you meet a certain standard, only if you make money thanks to your designer bag. If you're a normal person, they barely pay attention to you, leaving you there waiting despite doing almost nothing. I've rarely found staff who treat all customers the same. The store is beautiful, for goodness' sake, as is the layout, but the service really needs an overhaul.

29/09/2025: We stopped here as a stop on our hike. Down the path, there's a sign pointing to a restroom.
We would have liked another drink, but since our first stop was the restroom, the waiter rudely informed us that it was for guests only. In such an atmosphere, we were happy to forgo our beer and moved on to the next restaurant. Therefore, I can't comment on the quality of the food and drink.

02/10/2025: They made an effort to get us a seat. The food was okay; there are definitely better shepherd's macaroni.
The salad buffet was very small, and the iceberg lettuce didn't look fresh. The dressing wasn't great either.
The service was very impersonal, everything was very fast.
We finished eating, our drinks were also empty, and there was no service staff to be seen (in the next room).
My husband went to the counter to pay and was told they would send us a lady.
She came!
She didn't even ask us if we liked the food. Sad 😢.
We paid, but it wasn't a nice evening or a thank you, nothing.
It was just a tourist service!!!!
30/09/2025: Very friendly and prompt service. The two of us, without a reservation, managed to get a seat in the adjoining room even though the restaurant was packed. The pizzas and Zwickl beer are excellent. Everything is highly recommended.

20/01/2026: The pizza is good, and the waiters change, so you'll find some who are kind and some who aren't.
It's inconvenient to go with friends because it's not easy to get to, being right in the center.
01/01/2026: Five of us had dinner on New Year's Eve.
The menu had a wide selection, and I can say it was all good. Other tables had pizza, but I can't say what it was like. I can say the food is good.

17/09/2025: If you want to eat fish as it should be, if you want it fresh... really fresh... if you like a first course with seafood or seafood... that tastes like the sea... then you have to try Portichetto 2.0... I can't judge the pizzas because I've never tried them with fish here... at a fair price and with the chance to try typical Campanian delicacies.

29/11/2025: I entered this pastry shop and café with my dog, convinced that in 2025, the age when cars drive themselves and even the refrigerator knows better than me when to eat, allowing a well-behaved pet was no longer taboo. A total illusion.
As soon as I crossed the threshold, I was told in a questionable tone that "dogs are not allowed." In a world where technology races forward at supersonic speed, it's astonishing that anyone still clings to prehistoric rules.
My "monstrous" furry companion and I turned around and went somewhere more modern, or at least closer to the Renaissance.
11/11/2025: A very cozy ice cream parlor located in Kaltern with many delicious treats to enjoy. There's also a pastry shop next door.

26/12/2025: Everything was fantastic... My family and I spent Christmas in this wonderful property. Extremely clean, super helpful staff, varied and delicious cuisine, and a breakfast buffet for all tastes. My husband and I enjoyed a massage by Renata... Stellar!!!! Definitely highly recommended.
26/12/2025: Excellent hospitality, sublime food, and impeccable cleanliness and order. The best part is the covered parking, like the garage of a very large shopping center, with an elevator. Mid-afternoon snacks are perfect. The spa is the highlight, and the bar is always open. You have to go naked in the sauna area, but you just need to get into the mindset to not miss the splendid outdoor jacuzzi. I also highly recommend it for families who can use the splendid indoor pool. Christmas party in the garden with top music!

21/10/2025: We stopped in the second week of October on a hike to the Flaggerscharten Hut, and then on the way back, and enjoyed delicious chocolate cake and coffee. We'd love to come back.
14/10/2025: The exterior features farm animals, children's games, and tables: excellent.
The interior is very simple, with traditional food and good prices.
It's worth a visit.
