Beautiful view, do not make a reservation!!!! Just stand in line. Food fine, nice wine list, glasses poorly filled. Too little staff. If you are 1 minute late your table is gone and even worse, your 60 euro deposit too. Absolutely scandalous!!!! We called to say we would be arriving a little (5 min). In the end, we did stay the whole afternoon and had a wonderful 3 hours. But just taking that 60 euros leaves a very nasty taste…

The place is very nice. Reservations are a must.
I can't comment on the food as I decided not to eat there because the menu wasn't in line with what I expect from a place at 2,000+ meters.

A must-see stop at 2,220 meters on the Gardena Pass. Excellent food and a wonderful view of the Sella Group.
📌 How to get there:
From Colfosco: The Plans-Frara cable car takes you directly to the Jimmi Refuge. There's no need to walk.
From the Gardena Pass: From the public parking lot at the Gardena Pass, the refuge can be reached on foot in about 20-25 minutes.
From Selva di Val Gardena: Take the Dantercepies cable car to the top station. From there, a pleasant panoramic trail leads to the refuge in about 25 minutes.

Highly recommended, this refuge is 5-star. Everything is well-maintained, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and prompt. A beautiful location, easily accessible with a short walk from the cable car station.

Very nice place!
We arrived without a reservation around 12:00 and had to wait in line for about 10 minutes, the line moves very smoothly.
The food is super delicious and the view is 10/10!

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. If you can, reserve a table outside for a very relaxing experience, but the inside is also warm and cozy. They have a huge wine selection. If you're coming during mealtime, it's best to reserve in advance. To get there, you take an elevator up and then walk the rest of the way. The path is beautiful and easy to navigate.

Unfortunately, it wasn't for us… the service was really bad and very slow. The food was okay, but at those prices you expect a bit more. A waste of money; there are much better places to eat.
