26/02/2025: I had the Tris di Canaderli, I was told it was a local specialty. It was a tasteless, overcooked or rather insufficiently heated semi-finished product because it was completely cold in the middle. The service was nice, but it did not compensate for the disappointment of the food. Next time I prefer fast food next door.

11/04/2025: Terrible experience at this place. The employees proved to be extremely rude and, even more seriously, had clearly racist and discriminatory attitudes towards Italian foreigners. An unacceptable behavior that completely ruins the image of the place. In addition to this, the ice cream was disappointing: artificial taste, not very creamy consistency and absolutely not up to expectations. I will never return and I strongly advise against anyone from doing so

30/04/2025: Service was overwhelmed. Ordered two main courses and a starter for two. A main course and starter came at the same time. The other main course was forgotten. Food was so-so. Calzone (not cooked through) and bruschetta (quite “heavy” to chew) Seats in the “winter garden” were totally uncomfortable.

28/05/2025: We were only here for dinner, so I'm only reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. We spent a week in Girlan and tried out all the restaurants one by one. So, on Wednesday, it was Wastl's turn. After a day full of activities, we were hungry, so we went to the "Wastl" for dinner on a Wednesday evening (Monday and Thursday are closed). The restaurant is clean and has a quaint feel. Some of the furnishings reminded me of the good old days. A time when I was a bit younger myself. The dining room is large, with plenty of space. The first thing I noticed was the many local guests. The host was a bit reserved at first, but he warmed up over the course of our stay. We looked through the menu from front to back several times, but there weren't any more. It's relatively small, but that doesn't have to be a disadvantage. Since watching various restaurant shows, we know that the smaller the menu, the fresher it is. What we were missing was something for those big evening cravings. There were NO bacon or cheese dumplings, NO Kaiserschmarrn, NO schnitzel, etc. We opted for the goulash soup and the house toast. I also ordered the sausages with horseradish and mustard. The goulash soup was delicious, and the house toast was good too. The sausage platter with just one wiener was a bit small. There's a picture here in the reviews with two of them. But we still left the restaurant feeling a little hungry. I don't know the weekend menu. If you go here during the week, you should do so with the intention of not eating anything big. They serve good, hearty snacks rather than a lavish dinner. I would also recommend this place if you just want to sit together in the evening.

28/03/2025: Todo lo que hemos probado y hemos venido tres días, nos ha gustado, especialmente la pasta casera, el chateaubriend y por supuesto de postre un espectacular, ligero y muy equilibrado tiramisú. Los bombones hechos por ellos buenísimos. Personal muy atento, servicio rápido y ambiente agradable. Es muy muy recomendable y tienen una muy buena carta de vinos locales que están bastante ricos.

22/02/2025: Después de un largo día en las pistas, disfrutamos de una excelente comida en Sal Feur. Las pizzas eran deliciosas, con bases perfectamente crujientes y generosas coberturas (me encantó la de Emilia! ) Los postres eran igual de impresionantes, visualmente impresionantes y absolutamente deliciosos. A pesar de nuestro amplio grupo de 10 , el personal se encargó de todo sin esfuerzo, asegurando una experiencia gastronómica fluida y agradable. También gestionaron otros grupos grandes con facilidad, creando un ambiente acogedor. Un gran lugar para un poste - fiesta de esquí!

12/01/2025: Per raggiungere questo rifugio ci vuole circa una mezz’oretta dalla cabinovia che ti porta su, il percorso è fattibilissimo, ci sono due salite e per il resto è tutto piano. Qui si mangia molto bene e tipico, da provare assolutamente le loro costine e il gulasch!!!

12/01/2025: Raggiunto il rifugio da Laion dopo una bellissima ciaspolata con un gruppo di amici. Pernotto cena e prima colazione: tutto eccellente dalla pulizia alla delizia del cibo. I gestori simpatici e cordiali, hanno reso la nostra serata super!

20/05/2025: Eravamo a mangiare io e la mia amica. E ci ha servito una cameriera con il vestito tirolese. La ragazza sembrava obbligata a servirci ci ha trattato in modo sgradevole. Gli abbiamo chiesto una forchetta perche quella che ci aveva dato era sporca . Ci ha portato un tovagliolo e ce l’ha buttato sul tavolo, quando le abbiamo ribadito che abbiamo chiesto una forchetta ci ha negato dicendoci che le abbiamo chiesto un tovagliolo in maniera maleducata. Peccato per il servizio, perché la cucina era molto buona come sempre.

01/03/2025: Santa Croce Refuge es una de las cabañas más antiguas de Dolomitas. Se puede llegar en ascensor y luego caminar un par de cientos de metros. Lleva tus bastones contigo. Cuando llegues a la cima, vale la pena visitar una pequeña iglesia. La vista de los Dolomitas es hermosa. La comida es deliciosa y recién cocinada. Tuve milanesas kotlet para morir y Kaisesmarren mejor en Dolomitas. El servicio es amable y rápido. Valió la pena caminar hasta allí. Gran lugar para esquiadores y excursionistas.

03/02/2025: Tappa obbligatoria delle ns sciate in val Badia. Facile da raggiungere anche se fuori dal giro del Sella Ronda. Ma vale la pena fare questa deviazione. Cucina tradizionale a prezzi ancora normali. Personale disponibile e simpatico, tutti molto cordiali. Adiacente al santuario che d’inverno è quasi sempre chiuso. Pietanze sempre ottime

01/06/2025: We got married at the Pinzonerkeller, and it was our absolute dream wedding. We had already imagined it would be beautiful, and even that was exceeded. The location, the decor, the food, and especially the service were top-notch, and we've never experienced such attention. We felt completely at home, and our every wish was fulfilled immediately. We absolutely recommend it!

24/04/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie in un ambiente rilassato e confortevole. Il personale è disponibile, solerte e sorridente, davvero bravi! Abbiamo mangiato due hamburger; io smash burger e mia moglie chicken burger. Devo dire buoni entrambi, con grandi porzioni di patatine; mi sarei aspettato dei sapori “maggiormente tipici” visto il luogo ma, ripeto, comunque buoni. La birra fatta da loro discreta, molto buona invece la grappa (sempre di produzione propria). Sicuramente merita fiducia. Prezzo 55€ per due panini hamburger (con annessa porzione di patatine per entrambi abbondante), due birre (una piccola e una media) e una grappa.

01/03/2025: The food made the difference together with Nizar's service! Good variety of our 5 courses every day. The service is more like a Michelin star restaurant. All the staff are nice. Leonardo makes delicious drinks! The hotel has large rooms with nice beds, our two bathrooms were large. Ski lockers are available and you can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, sauna or jacuzzi after skiing. The room had a nice hot tub. Value for the money!

19/05/2025: Di ritorno da una gita ci siamo fermati per una pizza presso questo locale. Location interna carina, con arredamenti rasenti il kitsch, ma piacevole. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza Lucia e una Jessica, crema catalana, babà al rum consigliato dal cameriere, vino e acqua. Le pizze soddisfacenti, grandi e gustose, ma i dolci decisamente non all'altezza: la crema catalana in parte ghiacciata e in parte con zucchero bruciacchiato, i babà non freschi. La qualità generale può sicuramente essere alzata e il tutto può essere più curato e reso meno paesano. I prezzi sarebbero nella media, ma superiori a quanto offerto. Parcheggio possibile nelle adiacenze.
