10/08/2025: Bellissimo giardino con tavoli all’aperto. Buon cibo. Convivialità. Personale gentile e attento. Canederli in brodo buoni ma non eccezionali. Il brodo un po’ sciapo. Grigliata per 2 buona e abbondante. Birra di buona qualità. Abbiamo preso 3 birre, grigliata, pretzel e canederli in brodo, speso circa 60€.

04/08/2025: nachdem wir nun schon über 35 Jahre im Pfefferlechner einkehren, wir kennen noch alles vor dem Umbau, sagt dies alles, wie zufrieden wir hier sind. Als deutscher Braumeister noch ein großes Lob für die guten Bierspezialitäten. Macht weiter so. Bis bald.

24/08/2025: Very nice mountain hut and absolutely excellent for a break from the many tours and hiking trails ... from here in fact you can reach several destinations! Friendly staff, everything good, excellent prices!

06/10/2025: pizza was good, the ribs were dry and tasteless, the tacos were okay. The drinks were good, but I had a fly in my drink... the staff seemed to ignore you once you'd ordered. It was also difficult to ask for the bill. I might come back for the pizza. Best regards.

16/09/2025: Cozy hut; we stopped in for a quick bite at the end of our hike. The apple strudel is highly recommended! They're all dog-friendly, too. The only drawback: I love hot chocolate with milk: they serve it here, too, but only in a small coffee cup. I find the price a bit steep. But it was delicious. It was very quiet when we were there, but we were also late and it was off-season.

23/10/2025: The sushi was excellent. The main course was unfortunately cold. The very, very unfriendly waitress spoke neither German nor English. You have to write down your order yourself using the numbers.

04/09/2025: A snack with ham and cheese for €19.50 was a joke at that price. Nothing filling. The photo shown in the menu was much more substantial.

01/09/2025: A beautiful mountain hut, perfect for families with children. It's welcoming and full of activities and games (ping pong, sandbox, trampoline, swings, golf, volleyball net, soccer goal), and further down the valley, a cage with delightful rabbits and goats. Excellent, high-quality food, a little different from the usual offerings while still maintaining a rustic Tyrolean style. I recommend the spaetzle with venison ragù, which is truly exceptional, and the Kaisersmarren (with pine nuts added 😋). The staff are super friendly and helpful; the owner offered us grappa and bitters and provided lots of information. It's a bit of a hassle getting there with kids, but it's definitely worth it! I recommend staying at least a couple of hours.

24/10/2025: A beautiful café with delicious cakes. The view is sensational. I highly recommend this "star" restaurant.

08/08/2025: Four of us dined at this restaurant with a fixed menu. All traditional Ladin dishes. Personally, I would end the dinner with a dessert other than the one they served (fritters with blueberry jam or apple puree), perhaps a sorbet or fresh gelato to finish the meal. The service was quick, and the lady who served us carefully explained each dish. Parking is exclusively for the restaurant. The Cancin with ricotta and spinach is highly recommended: you can season it with poppy seeds or parmesan cheese. The shank was delicious and almost melted in your mouth. Definitely a place worth trying!!!

03/10/2025: Authentic Neapolitan pizza in Bolzano! Soft and light dough, a thick crust, and quality ingredients. Fast and friendly service, simple yet welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

19/10/2025: Excellent experience, fantastic hotel. Perfect food and half-board service. Beautiful and well-maintained spa. Super friendly and professional staff. I have one negative point. Being a 4-star hotel, I would probably add a kettle and water in the mini-bar, but this doesn't affect the final rating.
