We spent 10 days at the hotel this summer and can say that the rooms are spacious and perfectly adequate. They were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options, and special requests like scrambled eggs were freshly prepared and delicious. The highlight, however, was the dinner: a three-course meal plus dessert. Highly recommended, and open to everyone, even non-hotel guests – it's a restaurant for all. The service and the hotel staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent for hikers, as you can take the cable car to Sankt Martin im Koffel or simply explore one of the countless other hiking trails. The cable car to Merane and other destinations was also available; everything ran smoothly and was punctual. For us, it was a wonderful hiking holiday in a small, uncrowded village. I can only agree with the reviews. Very friendly staff, the best pizza in a long time. Everything was perfect. Gorgonzola + extra spicy salami + garlic. And it's brought by Robi. Great.

Beautiful property in a strategic location. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. We stayed half board, and the dinner was always excellent.

This was our third time at the Hotel Vermoi and we've been very satisfied each time. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

11/11/2025: One of the best staff i ever met in the hotels all over the world. Amazing, very big rooms with every detail perfected. Great spa with in and outdoor pool, lots of saunas and other nice things. And creme de la creme - dinner included, but not ordinary dinner, thst was perfect expirience. I will be back for 1000% absolutely love this place!
02/11/2025: The day spa isn't worth the asking price (€85 with a light lunch and snack). Shared changing room with just one shower and two cubicles for everyone. Towels and bathrobes piled on the only available bench. Shower without shower gel/shampoo, and hair was flooded. Baskets overflowing with towels outside the pools. The lunch buffet was meager, with only enough for a salad, a first course, and a soup. I don't understand why the snack buffet had more choices than lunch, with cheese, cold cuts, desserts, and a few cold main courses (including salmon). Finally, it should be noted that the spa is 90% textile-free, making it nudist-friendly. For those who prefer to wear a swimsuit, everything is limited to a sauna, a quiet area, and the heated pool. Overall, a good spa for nudists, but from a 5-star hotel that calls itself luxury, you'd expect much, much better service. Not recommended if you're looking for a luxury day spa experience.

Restaurant Nordic Ski Center

25/10/2025: Very good restaurant at the foot of the funicular. You might think it's a tourist trap, but it's not at all. The food is good; it's not haute cuisine, but it's not completely industrial. The staff is friendly and helpful. I tried a specialty dish and it was good. Good value for money with a beautiful view. I recommend it.
16/10/2025: We were there on a sunny autumn day. The service was super friendly and quick, the food was excellent, and the view was breathtaking. We had dumplings and Wiener Schnitzel. We almost went to another restaurant because of the mixed reviews. Luckily, we were spontaneously swayed by the busy sun terrace.
