Food was "la la" ... Good tender steak, that's for sure... however, didn't let it rest so the blood ran out... Pasta was quite dry. The atmosphere (inside) wasn't really cozy in our opinion. Service a bit curt ...

My first experience at this lovely restaurant, just steps from Bolzano's historic center. A very quiet, almost family-friendly atmosphere...a wide selection of dishes and drinks. The house pasta Chez Frederich is spectacular! I'll definitely be back. I'm sorry I can't give it 5 stars, even though my experience was wonderful, but to ensure a fair review, I also considered the experiences of my friends at the same table.

Excellent cuisine, prices on the higher end. The portion sizes were rather small for my taste, hence only 4 stars.
