The very friendly owner greeted and served us. We ate fish and pasta, which was very good; the pasta was perfectly al dente. The terrace was cozy and shady. Everything was a bit off the beaten tourist track. The price was reasonable.

My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have ALWAYS ENJOYED IT. The dining rooms, the tables, the preparation, and the table settings are all well done. Probably one of the best pasta I had in Bolzano. We ordered 3 different kinds of pasta as well as the octopus salad. The salad was absolutely delicious, and the clam spaghetti was the best pasta out of the three we had. Service was fast and attentive, and the crowd was largely local. Highly highly recommend checking this place out.

My wife and I have dined here a few times and have always had a wonderful experience. The dining rooms are very well-equipped and airy, and the menu offers a choice of regional dishes, seafood, and other specialties. The pizzas are FANTASTIC. Food was "la la" ... Good tender steak, that's for sure... however, didn't let it rest so the blood ran out... Pasta was quite dry. The atmosphere (inside) wasn't really cozy in our opinion. Service a bit curt ...

30/07/2026: It was perfect in every way. The starter was so visually stunning that we almost hesitated to dig in. The flavors were incredibly sophisticated, with the use of wonderfully subtle mountain herbs. The cheese course was exceptional. The service was impeccable. The moral of the story for us, at least: the French have to go abroad to find truly exceptional fine dining restaurants.
25/07/2026: An experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. Creative dishes, top-quality ingredients, and surprising pairings without ever losing their connection to the local area. Impeccable service, intimate and elegant atmosphere. A Michelin-starred restaurant that's absolutely worth a visit and will leave you wanting to return.
