Modern atmosphere with fast service. But there was a film of water on the pizza and therefore the dough was much too soft. It was commented that this was normal in the Rössl. Actually a no-go.

Had dinner here in an IPA group to celebrate a dean of the association. I took fuselli with swordfish, courgettes and tomatoes, excellent, everyone was satisfied. Those who took the pizza appreciated that even at the end the crust remained soft without becoming like the sole of a shoe. Fast and friendly service. Average quality-price ratio.

Ambiente cortesía ottima cucina a prezzi contenuti. Aggiungo che le salette sono ben arredate e interne ad una antica costruzione. Anche l’ occhio vuole la sua parte, ma apprezzato principalmente per il cibo: dagli antipasti ai dolci tutto molto buono in giuste porzioni. Consigliatissimo.

Ottima qualità dei prodotti e servizio impeccabile. Bruschette eccellenti e pizza strepitosa. Sono a Merano da alcuni giorni non conoscevo questo locale ma sicuramente, per una coppia che ama e predilige pizza e affini è quanto di meglio si possa trovare in questi luoghi. Un sincero ringraziamento a tutto il team !

Despite this, the chef and pizza chef are still the same and in fact the dishes have not changed and are worthy of compliments. Good and plentiful as always.
