The atmosphere is wonderful, their cuisine, from canapés to first and second courses, is truly excellent. The food is truly delicious, and the wine is delicious. It was a wonderful lunch for me. They are very kind and helpful, and if I could, I would have lunch and dinner there very often.

A wonderfully authentic little restaurant with a great selection of small, sometimes artfully topped, open-faced sandwiches. You can pour your own wine from the barrel. The staff is incredibly friendly and the prices are fair. A must-visit in Bolzano.

The best place in Bolzano for an original meal or a light snack from morning to evening. This osteria is a must-visit; unfortunately, it's almost too well-known. Between tourists and locals, it quickly fills up, and then your only chance of finding a spot is standing outside at the windowsills. But it's worth it, because the bread and small dishes are simply delicious and authentic, as are the wines. It's been an absolute must for me when I'm in Bolzano for many years. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

A very positive experience. The unique atmosphere in the center of Bolzano. We went here based on the positive reviews, and they were indeed true! Served by the very kind Alessandro, we had lunch with an excellent and generous bruschetta, as well as a wide selection of canapés of our choice!
I'd say we were very satisfied. The quality and price are within the norm, distinguishing this place!

A place we loved, we went both times we were in Bolzano. We found it by chance, and the friendliness of the waiters, the excellent service, and the quality of the food made us come back and leave happier the second time than the first.
Definitely try the tapas, and especially their bruschetta, which are amazing.

Very unusual: you serve yourself and stand outside at standing tables. Such a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The sandwiches are very well-filled, with some unusual combinations.
